1. Generalist Track

MDP Generalist Track is a two-year accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare future business leaders through multi-industry exposure.

Requirements:

Final-year student or Fresh graduate with less than 2 years of work experiences.
Major from Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Want to shape businesses, solve complex challenges, and grow into a future leader.
Duration: 2 Years Program | 6 Industry Rotations | 4 Months Each
Business Units: REAL ESTATE, RETAIL, FINANCIAL SERVICES, LIFESTYLE, TECHNOLOGY, HEALTHCARE.

2. People Track

MDP People Track is an accelerated career development program designed to develop future leaders through People-focused functional tracks, with in-depth exposure and hands-on experience in their chosen specialization.

Requirements:

Final-year student or Fresh graduate with less than 2 years of work experiences.
Major from Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management or related fields.
Passionate about people, culture, and helping organizations grow through talent.
Duration: 1 Year Program | 5 Function Rotations
Business Functions: TALENT ACQUISITION, INDUSTRIAL RELATION, TALENT DEVELOPMENT, BENEFITS & POLICY, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT.

3. Finance Track

MDP Finance Track is an accelerated career development program designed to develop future leaders through Finance-focused functional tracks, with in-depth exposure and hands-on experience in their chosen specialization.

Requirements:

Final-year student or Fresh graduate with less than 2 years of work experiences.
Major from Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Love numbers, strategy, and turning insights into business decisions.
Duration: 1 Year Program | 4 Function Rotations
Business Functions: ACCOUNTING, TREASURY, CORPORATE FINANCE, FP&A

4. Legal & Corsec Track

MDP Legal & Corsec Track is an accelerated career development program designed to develop future legal and corporate governance professionals through comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience across key legal functions.

Requirements:

Final-year student or Fresh graduate with less than 2 years of work experiences.
Major from Law or any related fields.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and an interest in corporate law & governance.
Duration: 1 Year Program | 4 Function Rotations
Business Functions: LEGAL CORPORATE, CORPORATE SECRETARY & GOVERNANCE, LITIGATION & ADR, LEGAL SPECIAL PROJECTS.
