Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Kantor pusat PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berada di Jl. Merdeka 312, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat 46396.

Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan.

Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

Saat ini PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Management Trainee Human Resource

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
Previous HR experience or internship is a plus
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Good command of English is mandatory
Willing to be based at Head Office in Pangandaran and travel or be assigned to other locations across Indonesia when required

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR activities and support the implementation of HR processes and procedures
Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and other employee-related data accurately
Assist in handling employee concerns and HR-related matters while maintaining good employee relations
Support the implementation of company policies and ensure HR administration is in accordance with applicable employment regulations
Prepare and maintain HR reports and provide administrative support for HR-related projects and activities

2. Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Assist financial audit by the end of the fiscal period
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable University
Familiar with accounting software
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team
Creative, innovative, and have a good character
Excellent organizational skill
Skilled in multitasking
Flexible in term of working hours
Able to work in an agile environment
Willing to be placed in Pangandaran and throughout Indonesia

3. MT HR Expatriate

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Expatriate will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots & engineers).
Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus).
Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially concerning expatriates.

4. MT General

Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:

Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.
Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).

Experience:

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Certifications:

Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

5. General Affairs

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement (Non-Printed Materials)

Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for goods, repairs, and operational needs
Review and process PR submissions from internal departments
Coordinate PR approvals with Management

2. Transportation Management

Ensure completeness and validity of vehicle documents (tax, STNK, BPKB, and location records)
Handle annual vehicle tax renewals in a timely manner
Monitor vehicle conditions and propose necessary repairs and routine maintenance

3. Building Maintenance

Coordinate building and facility repairs with contractors
Identify maintenance needs and prepare PR for repairs

4. Inventory & Logistics

Monitor and maintain all company assets within the compound and base
Ensure accurate tracking and recording of asset locations
Manage incoming and outgoing goods with proper documentation

5. Office Services

Support operational transportation needs (pick-up and drop-off) when required

6. Accommodation Management

Manage requests for accommodation, transit, or overnight stays in the compound or Pangandaran area

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Management, Logistics, or related field)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Familiar with procurement processes and asset management
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to be placed in Pangandaran / site area

Additional Requirements:

Detail-oriented and proactive
Able to handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of vehicle administration and building maintenance is a plus

6. Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS (TypeScript)

Build responsive frontend applications using Vue.js / Nuxt.js
Design efficient and scalable SQL database (PostgreSQL & MySQL)
Integrate third party services (e.g., external APIs, Google Drive)
Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code
Collaborate with team members to deliver end to end features
Monitor, debug, and improve system performance and reliability

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in fullstack or similar role
Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with:

NestJS (Backend)
Vue.js / Nuxt.js (Frontend)
REST API development
SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred)
Familiar with Git and basic server setup (Nginx preferred)
Good problem solving and debugging skills
Able to communicate in English (mandatory)

Modern Development Expectations:

Comfortable using AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Copilot to:
Speed up development
Generate boilerplate code
Debug and refactor efficiently
Understand how to validate AI generated code and maintain code quality
Able to work with modular architecture, clean code principles, and scalable system design

7. MT Marine (Product Marketing Specialist)

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Relevant educational background or experience in Marketing, Business, Marine/Fisheries, Food Technology, or related fields
Relevant experience in marine/fishery products, product marketing, sales, market research, business development, or related activities is an advantage
Strong interest in marine products and commercial/business activities
Up-to-date computer skills required
Knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
Verbal and written English communication skills are a must
Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Flexible in terms of working hours

Job Descriptions:

Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Susi Marine products
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
Assist in developing product positioning, value propositions, and marketing materials
Support customer engagement and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
Assist the sales team in identifying and following up on potential customers and business opportunities
Monitor product performance, market feedback, and customer responses to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Marine and other relevant teams to ensure product information, quality, and value propositions are properly communicated to the market
Support initiatives to improve product value, market reach, sales performance, and overall business growth
