Kementerian Kesehatan kembali membuka peluang dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :


A. Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia project (SOPHI)

1. Planning Coordinator (1 Position)

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in any discipline, preferably in a health-related field, Biology, Biomedical Science, Planning, Management, or another relevant field.
  • Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) may also be considered, provided that they have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in similar projects, particularly in project management, project planning, financial planning, or program management.
  • Experience in managing international grants or loans, preferably involving public health facilities, infrastructure, or medical equipment, is an advantage.
  • Experience working with government institutions, development partners, private-sector organizations, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to prepare work plans, implementation schedules, progress reports, presentations, and other project documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.

2. Planning Assistant (2 Positions)

  • Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health or Natural Sciences (MIPA).
  • Min 1 (one) year of experience in planning and/or finance.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
  • Preferably with experience in preparing readiness criteria and/or other foreign loan-related documents.
  • Preferably with experience in finance.
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)

3. Human Resources Assistant (1 Position)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Law.
  • Relevant experience in human resources management or project personnel administration is an advantage; however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment, personnel administration, performance management, and capacity development.
  • Ability to support personnel well-being initiatives, capacity-building activities, and psychosocial support in the workplace, is an advantage.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate training, workshops, meetings, and other human resources development activities is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations and human resources policies is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage personnel data and confidential documents accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.

B. Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project

1. Data Analyst (2 Positions)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Health, or another relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, dashboard management, reporting, or dashboard development is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookup functions, data processing, and visualization.
  • Knowledge of SQL for retrieving, transforming, and processing data.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics, data cleaning, data validation, exploratory data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization tool.
  • Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop dashboards, charts, analytical reports, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with government, health sector, or development project data is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accurate problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.

2. Procurement Assistant (1 Position)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably with an academic background in Law.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in procurement.
  • Preferred experience with foreign grant/loans in the health sector is highly desirable.
  • Preferred experience in a public health laboratory, infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
  • A pass in procurement certification (Kemenkeu/LKPP/Level-1) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

3. Admin & Logistic Staff (1 Position)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in any major.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience admin & logistic.
  • Relevant experience in human resources management or project personnel administration is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to manage meetings schedule, filling, financial statement, meetings arrangement, and office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital document-management applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to prepare meeting minutes, administrative reports, and official correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage project documents responsibly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience working with government institutions, health programs, or development projects is an advantage.

4. Finance Coordinator (1 Position)

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or another relevant field.
  • Candidates with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, or project finance will be given preference.
  • Experience in managing international grants or loans, preferably in the health sector, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, fund disbursement, reconciliation, auditing, and audit processes.
  • Experience working with government institutions, development partners, private-sector organizations, NGOs, or international organizations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiar with financial management systems.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Accounting, Taxation, or a related field) is an advantage.

5. Monev Assistant (1 Position)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Planning, or another relevant field.
  • Candidates with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, program monitoring, or project reporting will be given preference.
  • Experience in managing international grants/loans, preferably in the health sector, is an advantage.
  • Experience working with government institutions, private sector organizations, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of indicators, targets, data collection, data verification, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience in planning, supporting field monitoring visits is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
