Saat ini PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


Graduate Development Program (GDP)

  • Through this program, you will be exposed to real business challenges, cross-functional projects, and leadership responsibilities that will shape you into a high-impact professional – all aligned with Cimory’s mission to grow the business, grow the people, and grow the country though Innovation in Nutrition.

What You’ll Do as an GDP:

  • Work on impactful projects within your assigned function
  • Learn end-to-end business and operational processes
  • Gain real exposure to day-to-day FMCG operations

1. GDP – Legal

Role Description:

  • Preparing standard corporate agreements and legal documents using Cimory templates and internal processes
  • Supporting the Legal Team in drafting and organizing legal documentation
  • Managing and maintaining legal documents and corporate records (physical & digital)
  • Conducting basic legal research and summarizing findings into practical insights
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal documentation needs

What we looking for:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by January 2025)
  • Background in Law – open to others with relevant experience.
  • Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
  • Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
  • Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of contract structures and legal documentation
  • Basic legal research and analytical skills

2. GDP – Procurement

Role Description:

  • Creating Purchase Order (PO) based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement processes
  • Supporting negotiation activities with vendors for best value
  • Reviewing and monitoring inventory stock to support operational needs
  • Assisting in procurement documentation and coordination with internal teams

What we looking for: 

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by January 2025)
  • Background in Industrial Engineering/Business/Supply Chain – open to others with relevant experience.
  • Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
  • Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
  • Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
  • Familiar with SAP system and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking

3. GDP – HR Development

Role Description:

  • Facilitating the recruitment process for the Graduate Development Program (GDP)
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluting talent development programs
  • Developing and improving talent management evaluation methods
  • Analyzing and structuring career paths for high-potential employees
  • Executing corporate branding initiatives through media, forums, and universities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (CV screening, assessment, interviews)
  • Maintaining and analyzing recruitment database and reports
  • Monitoring onboarding and exit interview processes for continuous improvement
