Saat ini PT Medquest Jaya Global membuka kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Administration Staff
- Placement: Jakarta
Responsibility :
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update internal databases, filing systems, and digital records.
- Support department’s activities & make report dapartment activitie
- Make report and responsible for reporting cash in & cash out
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 all major (Prefered Accounting, Auditing, Tax, – Business Administration)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Have a good understanding in English (both oral & written)
- Minimum having Experience min 1 Year
- Fluent in english both speak and writing
2. Application Specialist Staff
- Placement: Jakarta
Responsibility :
- Trains and ensure that customers are properly and optimally ab operate the medical device and/or research laboratory products have purchased.
- Re-trains clients when systems or technologies have been upgraded
- Provides on-going customer support and re-visits clients.
- Develops instructional programs.
Requirements :
- Minimum education Bachelor degree in Biology or Biotechnology.
- Maximum 30 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good speaking and presentation skill
- Proficient in English, both spoken & written
- Willing to traveling overseas unaccompanied
- Opportunity to attend training abroad
3. Accounting Staff
- Placement: Jakarta
Responsibility :
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update internal databases, filing systems, and digital records.
- Prepare the company’s financial bookkeeping
- Post operational journal entries and Prepare financial statements
- Input accounting journal data into the company’s system
- Review and verify the completeness of documents related to financial transactions
- Perform reconciliation and adjustment of financial data
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 all major (Prefered Accounting, Auditing, Tax, – Business Administration)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Minimum having Experience minimum 1 Year
4. Import Supervisor
- Placement: Jakarta
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise customs clearance at airports and ports to ensure compliance applicable regulations.
- Oversee verification of goods received against purchase orders.
- Ensure medical device licenses are uploaded accurately to the INSW portal.
- Review and supervise preparation and submission of Purchase Orders through the SAP system.
- Ensure timely closure of trade Purchase Orders.
- Monitor and control orders according to Import & Purchasing Manager directives.
- Develop monthly tax and import-related payment plans.
- Supervise and monitor imported, exported, and returned goods to principals or vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to the import team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import documentation.
- Proficiency in SAP system and familiarity with the INSW portal is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Sales Representative
- Placement: Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Bandung, Jambi, Aceh, Papua, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Merauke, Biak, Wamena
Responsibility :
- Promote and detailing our products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical information to healthcare providers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for products within the assigned territory.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales background or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Hospital Procurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Required skills: Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge, Target-Oriented, sales technique/Marketing.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
6. Production Staff
- Placement: Gunung Sindur
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the production and assembly of medical devices.
- Interpret and create technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Support testing, calibration, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team on product improvements.
Qualifications :
- Minimal diploma in Electromedical Engineering or related field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably has experience in medical device or production machine design.
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Good understanding of mechanical transmission systems (motors, gears,
- Able to read and create technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Basic knowledge of calibration and device testing procedures.
- English proficiency is an advantage (reading and writing).
- Experience in designing systems with centrifugal mechanisms.
- Familiarity with medical device certifications such as IEC standards and ISO 13485.
