Saat ini PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia (Richesee Factory) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Customer Experience & Public Relations Manager

Responsibility :

• Developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to amplify our brand’s messaging and increase visibility across key media channels
• Managing all customer-facing communications, including social media, website content, and customer service interactions, to ensure a consistent, positive brand experience
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to identify and address customer pain points, and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform the development of new initiatives and campaigns

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a public relations or customer experience management role, preferably within the food and beverage or consumer goods industry
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Business Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

2. Public Relations Specialist

What you’ll be doing :

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to effectively promote our brand and products
• Managing Public Relations (Offline and Online Media, Radio, KOL, Influencers, etc.)
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, organising press conferences, and building relationships with key media contacts
• Monitor and analyse media coverage, identifying opportunities and risks to our brand reputation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Organise and participate in community engagement activities, such as sponsorships and charitable initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations to inform our strategies
• Measure and report on the success of PR campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

What we’re looking for :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong media relations and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful public relations campaigns
• Proficient in using PR and social media monitoring tools to analyse and measure campaign performance
• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
