PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang memproduksi kaca yang bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Pada dekade 1970-an, Asahi Glass Co. Ltd. mengadakan joint venture dengan PT Rodamas, sebuah perusahaan perdagangan yang kemudian beralih menjadi produsen produk industri dan konsumen. Keduanya resmi mendirikan Asahimas Flat Glass pada bulan April 1973. Perusahaan tersebut memproduksi kaca jernih sederhana dengan menggunakan Proses Fourcault.

1. Management Trainee – Production

Salary : Rp. 9,000,000 – 11,000,000

Job Description :

Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Contribute to the development of new products and production methods

Job Requirements :

Male with maximum age 29 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacture Engineering, or any related field with min GPA 3,00.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Willing to work in shift in field jobs

2. Management Trainee – Sales

Salary : Rp. 9,000,000 – 11,000,000

Job Description :

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree from civil engineering/ architecture/ Management/ Economy/ etc, with min. GPA 3.00)
Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing export, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin speaking skill is a plus)

3. Management Trainee – Mechanical Maintenance

Salary : Rp. 9,000,000 – 11,000,000

Job Description :

Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
Running Mechanical control system
Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair

Job Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Male with maximum age 30 years old
Able to work as a team
At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
Able to speak and write in English
Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, equipment, and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

4. Production Team Leader

Salary : Rp. 6,800,000 – 7,000,000

Job Description :

Supervising and coordinating the activities of production teams to meet established targets and objectives
Monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal efficiency and quality
Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Implementing and enforcing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations
Reporting on production performance and providing recommendations to management
Strengthen shop floor management system through good man power arrangement,
Ensuring production process
Handling violence
Skill up operator
Handling safety, quality problem in line, and abnormality management based on genchi-genbutsu.
Responsible on production process

Job Requirements :

Male with maximum age 29 years old
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
Must have Diploma degree (D3) on Industrial/ Mechanical/ Manufacture/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Chemical Engineering major with Minimum GPA : 3.00
Have a potential and experience as a leader (Able to lead a group)
Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and quality control
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Familiarity with production planning, scheduling and inventory management

5. General Affair Staff

Salary : Rp. 6,000,000 – 7,000,000

Job Description :

Providing administrative support to the HR, General Affairs, and Facility Management departments
Assisting with the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Responsible for waste disposal management
Support Foreign employment documents
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Able to coordinate with people who live around the factory/neighbourhood
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Ensure disciplinary & compliance throughout human resource management
Coordinating with vendors and service providers for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
Arranging and managing company events, meetings, and conferences
Handling travel arrangements and logistics for employees
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to general affairs activities

Must be Associate/Diploma (D3) Degree in any related field

6. Packing Material Team Leader

Salary : Rp. 7,000,000 – 8,000,000

Job Description :

Input and control incoming and outgoing material
Manage daily stock administration
Making monthly report for every material (pallet and box) movement (closing, debit note, etc)
Day-to-day manpower arrangement and attendance
Making and Monitoring Purchase Request (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) related bill of material of packing
Archiving all documentation and record
Willing to work in the field
Willing to be placed in Cikampek Plant

Job Requirements :

MUST BE D3 majoring in civil/wood/mechanical engineering with minimum GPA 3,00
Have experience 1-3 years in material administration inventory warehouse, open for fresh graduate as well
Proficient in Ms. Office is a must, ASAP & RFID would be major advantage
Experience in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or equivalent especially in manufacture industry
Have well knowledge in the supply chain process e.g., FIFO, Warehousing management, Inventory control
Excellent communication skill
Able to speak English is a MUST
