1. Enterprise Business Development Manager
Job Description :
- Identify and approach potential enterprise clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions and services.
- Support in contract negotiations and assist in closing deals.
- Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from all major.
- 1 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer journey in the enterprise segment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

2. Merchant Operations Specialist
Job Description :
- Content Optimization: Guide merchants in enhancing their store visuals and product listings to attract and convert users effectively.
- Promotional Strategy: Assist in designing and executing impactful campaigns tailored to each merchant’s business needs.
- Ads & Exposure Management: Coordinate ad placements and leverage platform exposure opportunities to boost merchant visibility.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Monitor refund and complaint trends to provide actionable insights and support better customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Mandarin communication skills preferred.
- Graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) from all majors, preferably from business, management, marketing, and e-business development.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Strong execution and learning ability; open-minded and adaptable to new workflows.
- Awareness of F&B trends and online consumer behavior in Indonesia is a plus.
3. Area Sales Supervisor
Job Description :
- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, product updates, and company initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with upper management.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Train new sales team members and provide ongoing development opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
Requirements :
- Minimum graduated from diploma (D3) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Description :
- Check all invoice and supporting document before payment.
- Submit payment into payment approval process.
- Post transaction into accurate.
- Filing document.
- Make tax recap.
- Prepare invoice and tax invoice.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/fiscal from reputable universities.
- 1 year experience as finance, accounting and tax staff. Fresh Graduate is welcome.
- Have brevet A&B are preferred.
- Can using accurate are preferred.

Job Description :
- Data Submission on daily basic.
- Monitor third party work progress.
- Communicate with other division.

Requirements :
- Min. possess bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably from business & administration, marketing, finance/accounting, information system.
- Fluent in English language.
- Passion & experience in handling data analysis & reporting.
- Familiar in operating the Microsoft Office, esp. in Ms. Excel (basic formula: SUMIF, IF, VLookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc).
