The successful candidate will spend a learning journey in Sinarmas Mining businesses as a preparation to be a Financial Leader in our business.

• A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, functional, and leadership skills that are essential for a Financial Leader position within Sinarmas Mining local and global businesses
• Experience real-life multiple challenging projects that foster innovative and creative thinking during the program
• Mentoring and coaching with experienced internal leaders

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple challenging projects
• Assess current state and define business solutions
• Analyze and propose business models
• Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios
• Interact with various teams across Sinarmas Mining businesses
• Exposure to senior level management team on day-to-day activities

Requirements :

• Graduates from Master’s degree in Business, Economy, Accounting, Math, or Engineering (preferably from overseas universities)
• Minimum GPA 3.5 (maximum 4.0) and have taken GMAT test before with score minimum 450 are preferred
• Work experiences in Financial Services or Consultancy Services and certification in CFA Level 1 are preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

The program accelerates participants’ professional and technical development in engineering field through a learning program and a variety of business-critical engineering assignments.
• The successful candidate will spend a learning journey in Sinarmas Mining Group as a preparation to be an Engineer Expertise with prospective career opportunity in our growing business.

• We offer a variety of formal and informal learning programs in engineering and business-critical engineering assignments to help acquire and build specialized skill faster.
• A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including certification, functional and leadership skills that are essential for a Leader position within Sinarmas Mining Group for local and global businesses.
• Experience real-life multiple challenging projects that foster innovative and creative thinking during the program.
• Mentoring and coaching with experienced internal leaders.

Requirements :

• Hold Bachelor Degree (Minimum GPA 3) or Master Degree (Minimum GPA 3.25) in the Engineering majors — Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology Engineering, Mining Engineering, and the like.
• Preferably having work experiences maximum 2 years in relevant field — fresh graduate engineers who have high genuine interest in engineering field are most welcomed.
• Maximum age 29 years by end of Dec 2021.
• High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
• Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve the goals set up.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
