PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) merupakan salah satu tempat kopi yang untuk pertama kalinya berdiri sejak 2022 lalu. Coffee shop satu ini menghadirkan berbagai minuman kopi yang diracik menggunakan 100% biji kopi arabika berkualitas terbaik. Dari sejak berdiri hingga saat ini, sudah ada 60 gerai Tomoro Coffee yang berlokasi di area Jabodetabek. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee).

Tomoro Coffee sendiri hadir dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan kopi berkualitas tinggi kepada para penggemar kopi di Indonesia. Tomoro Coffee juga ingin memberikan pengalaman minum kopi yang luar biasa kepada para pelanggannya melalui aplikasi sebagai pintu masuk. Komitmen Tomoro Coffee terhadap kualitas itu pun terlihat jelas di setiap cangkirnya, karena diproses dengan standar yang ketat untuk kesegaran, penyeduhan, dan ekstraksi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee)

Saat ini Tomoro Coffee memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Admin Distribusi

Job Requirement :

  • Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution/logistics administration.
  • Able to manage distribution documents and ensure the completeness of delivery data.
  • Experienced in processing and verifying invoices from transporters.
  • Capable of coordinating effectively with the finance team regarding payments and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative/logistics systems.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Placement Gudang di Bayur, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare and manage all distribution-related administrative documents, including delivery orders, shipping manifests, and receipts.
  • Verify delivery data and ensure all shipment records are accurate and complete.
  • Receive, check, and process invoices from transporters in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding invoice verification, payment schedules, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for distribution documents, invoices, and payment records.
  • Communicate with transporters to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or delivery documentation.
  • Monitor distribution schedules and update relevant stakeholders on shipment status.
  • Prepare regular reports on distribution activities, invoice status, and payments for management review.

2. Area Manager

Location (Choose one location) :

  • Jakarta Timur dan Bekasi
  • Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat dan Depok
  • Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Utara dan Jakarta Pusat
  • Tangerang dan Bogor

Job Requirement :

  • High School or Bachelor Degree
  • Able to manage 5-10 outlets
  • Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in basic software such as Excel, Google Sheets, and sales monitoring platforms
  • Have experience in industry food & beverages (especially partnership)

Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure all outlets in the area operate according to SOP and Tomoro quality standards
  • Conduct regular store visits
  • Mentoring and developing Store Leaders Teams
  • Develop training schedules and evaluate outlet team performance
  • Analyze and achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Create action plans to increase USD (Units Sold Daily) and customer traffic
  • Handles customer complaints, internal problems, and operational issues across outlets

3. Staff Operation Management

Job Requirement:

  • Excel in analysis the data and do the report
  • Detail, hardworking, good at making report and Ms. Office
  • Good at making allocation
  • Experienced in the same field needed

Job Descriptions:

  • Allocation for store direct and mitra including all the detail work in the process
  • Follow up the allocation distribution to store
  • Track and update delivery confirmations, follow up with AMs/stores, and document photo proofs if needed.
  • Making report and performance analysis (e.g., store sales, campaign achievements) using provided raw data.
  • Input/update internal forms (e.g., store changes, campaign entries) via Feishu or similar platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data between source files (e.g., BI, BOH, Excel).
  • Distribute internal announcements, campaign guides, or instructions to Area Managers and store teams.
  • Support additional duties based on project timelines and workload
  • Willing to be placed : Pluit, North Jakarta
