PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama, juga dikenal sebagai BMW Tunas, didirikan pada 25 April 1984 dan merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. Lowongan Kerja PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama (BMW Tunas).

Tunas Ridean adalah grup otomotif independen terkemuka dengan 125 gerai di seluruh Indonesia. Pemegang saham utamanya adalah PT Tunas Andalan Pratama dan Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd, masing-masing dengan 43,84% saham beredar.

PT Tunas Parama Mobilindo pertama kali ditunjuk sebagai dealer resmi oleh BMW Indonesia pada tahun 2002. BMW Tunas menyediakan layanan Penjualan dan Purnajual, bekerja sama dengan BMW Indonesia sebagai distributor nasional.

BMW Tunas memiliki jaringan distribusi yang terdiri dari 1 kantor pusat, 3 cabang di Jakarta, 1 cabang di Bekasi, dan 1 cabang di Bandung.

1. Customer Relation Officer

Job Description :

  • Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Generate reports on customers feedback, service request, and product inquiries
  • Build and nurture long-term relationship with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Placement: Bekasi

2. Sales Consultant

Job Description :

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals and after-sales support
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and promotions

Requirements :

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have experience in sales min. 1 year (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication, fun personality, and wide connection
  • Professional appearance
  • Knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry trends
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Having SIM A is a must
  • Willing to be placed at any BMW Tunas branch

3. Service Administration Support Staff

Job Description :

  • Support the completion and submission insurance documents
  • Help coordinate and send salvage units to insurance companies
  • Follow up on Account Receivables (AR) from insurance companies
  • Support the admin team to achieve AR targets

Requirements :

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or AR handling (fresh graduate also welcome to apply)
  • Good communication skill, detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general document management
  • Able to work with targets and support the After Sales team in achieving goals
  • Placement: Jakarta

4. Service Administration Support Intern

Job Description :

  • Assist in preparing and organizing insurance claim documents
  • Help track and update claim progress in the system
  • Support the admin team in following up with insurance companies
  • Help with document filing and data entry tasks
  • Learn and support the admin porcess to meet goals

Requirements :

  • Active student or fresh graduate from Administration, Accounting, Management, or related major
  • Interested in insurance and administrative work  (eager to learn)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and administrative tools
  • Good communication skills, Responsible, fast learner, and willing to work in a team
  • Available for a 6-month internship and able to work on-site as needed
  • Placement: Bandung
