1. Bankwide Planning, Finance

Job Description :

• Evaluate the Bank’s financial performance and monitor target achievement in line with the business plan.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance projection reports for the Bank.
• Update the assumptions used in the Bank’s financial projections.
• Coordinate with related functions in preparing quarterly Bank Business Plan (RBB) realization reports.
• Prepare RBB realization presentations for management.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
• Ideally 5 years of experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4, preferably audit or banking industry with relevant experience
• Able to compile financial models in the Bank’s financial planning process.
• Strong analytical skills, both financial and non-financial.
• Fast learner and ability to adapt
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing tight deadlines
• Fluent in Bahasa and English are required

2. KYC Agent (contract-based) Operations Team

Responsibilities :

• Perform a day-to-day due diligence review of prospective customers by confirming KYV data requirements in accordance with the applicable regulations and internal policies
• Responsible for collecting and reviewing documents submitted based on a set of guidelines provided
• Properly record and maintain documentation of necessary supporting documents
• Perform due and timely escalation to the supervisor whenever needed
• Perform any other duties relevant to the onboarding process as assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major
• Has 0-1 year of experience from related field
• Must be willing to work in shifting
• Willingness to learn and grow, self-motivated and result oriented
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

3. Desk Collection, Operations

Job Description :

• Responsible for collection from customers for the non-performing loan portfolio under management via telephone
• Performing duties for all debtor billing result
• Updating all debtor billing results through daily reports
• Following up on debtors who have under perform on non-performing loans
• Working in a team and individual contributor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Experiences in the Banking industry are an advantage
• Experiences in skip trace are a plus
• Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods.
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Able to work together with a team or Individual
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

4. Credit Analyst Operations

Job Description :

• Ensure credit documents have been completed.
• Conduct on the spot (OTS) to ensure the real conditions and collateral of prospective debtors.
• Conduct analysis of credit applications and credit analysis documents specifically Credit Analysis Tool (Perangkat Analisa Kredit), and Disposition Sheet regarding the PAK Proposal to be approved by members of the Credit Decision Committee.
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare reports on the results Analysis of the 3 Pillar and Early Warning of debtors above IDR 1 billion to the head of the Credit Analyst department and coordinate with related units
• Monitor the results of the four eyes principles analysis.
• Selecting debtor referring to the provisions of the Risk Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinate the results of the four eyes principles Analysis to the proposer and credit decision-making committee.
• Prepare DPD (Day Past Due) & Maturity Reports.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Economics/Management/Law
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in banking industry
• Understand the regulations and business processes in the banking industry
• Having good communication skills
• Understand financial report analysis
• Understand the litigation and credit process

5. Team Leader Quality Assurance, Operations

Job Description :

• Evaluate all documents and work papers related to quality checking in the Collection & Asset Recovery Division.
• Monitor the precision and accuracy of the QA implementation process.
• Review all reports related to billing code of ethics verification reports for internal and external parties.
• Examine the reports related to the results of the code of ethics examination.
• Provide recommendations based on inspection results to trainers and related functions in the Collection & Asset Recovery Division.
• Coordinate with partners regarding QA findings.
• Monitor the progress of implementation of improvement plans by partners based on QA findings.
• Review and evaluate team performance, provide learning opportunities or training, and taking corrective action, for the team to work with maximize your potential.
• Prepare each team performance report weekly, monthly, yearly to support evaluate future team performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any fields.
• Minimum 4 (four) years of experience in similar role at banking or related industry
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
• Understands BI regulations, OJK regulations, and other regulations related to banking activities.

6. Collection Agency Management, Operations

Job Description :

• Implement provisions, policies, and internal SOPs
• Carry out the preparation of reports for internal parties
• Coordinate collection assignments for non-performing loan portfolios to related agencies
• Monitor billing achievements by agencies and provide advice and provide input regarding related billing operations
• Participate and be responsible in the negotiation process with the debtor in connection with the settlement of debtor obligations
• Documenting periodic billing achievement reports
• Processing documentation and administration in the process of submitting cooperation with agencies
• Collect documents and proof of payment related to billing and payment agencies
• Prepare periodic agency assessment & evaluation reports
