1. BS – Security Management Ast. Manager

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, IT, Criminology, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Must be fluent in English; Korean is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in physical and IT security management
• Strong knowledge of local security laws, cybercrime regulations, and compliance standard (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
• Preferred: Good relationship with local police, inteligence, or cybersecurity bodies
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi

Job Description :

• Develop and enforce physical security policies and procedures across all company sites
• Manage security guard operations, access control, CCTV and emergency reponse systems
• Collaborate with IT to implement cybersecurity frameworks and manage digital threats
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement
• Lead internal and external security audits and ensure compliance with data protection laws
• Supervise security personnel and manage reporting, budgeting, and procurement of security technologies

2. Press (Production) Specialist

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material & Metalurgy Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of press machines, metal forming, and automotive body parts
• Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related field.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage press production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor and execute the daily production plan to meet output targets.
• Lead troubleshooting and process improvement efforts for press machinery and operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Analyze production data and implement cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

3. ER – Industrial Relation Specialist

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or internal audit
• Strong knowledge of ISO 37000 (Governance of Organizations) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems)
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi

Job Description :

• Develop internal audit systems based on ISO 37000 to strengthen governance and integrity
• Audit HR processes, labor law compliance, and organizational controls
• Integrate ISO 37001 to detect and prevent bribery, fraud and corruption
• Prepare and present audit reports to management
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure audit findings are address effectively
• Act as a key contributor in establishing a transparent, accountable, and compliant internal, audit framework

4. SHE (Safety & Fire) Jr. Specialist

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Enviromental Engineering, or any related field from reputable University min GPA 3.00.
• Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
• Minimum 1 years experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain safety policies.
• Oversee fire safety programs.

5. Quality Control Jr. Specialist

Job Description :

• Support quality assurance activities in line with automotive standards.
• Assist in inspection and testing of materials and products.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and process stability.

Job Requirements :

6. Maintenance (Press-Body) Specialist

Job Description :

• Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for press/body equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in maintenance for press or body shop.
• Proficient in PLC, robotics, inverters, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Have sbility to troubleshoot, instruct repair techniques, and assist if needed.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.

General Requirements :
