Polygon Internship Program 2025 Batch 2

1. Content Marketing Intern

Responsibility :

Assist in creating and curating content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine content approaches.
Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Actively participate in on-site content production and administrative tasks related to content management.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, or video editing software is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.
Availability to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
Ability to work on-site in Sidoarjo as required.
Portfolio or examples of previous content work (if available).

2. Finance Accounting Tax Intern

Responsibility :

Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
Assist daily basic activity to support Finance, accounting and tax record
Doing Finance, accounting and tax project (Business process, workload analysis and project Review)

Requirements :

Final student (Semester 5/7) of accounting, finance and business management major
Proficiency in excel or spreadsheet
Should be capable of preparing and maintaining records and documentation
Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members

3. Global Finance Accounting Tax Intern

Responsibility :

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports in alignment with global accounting practices.
Support the coordination and communication between the international accounting team and the parent company to ensure smooth financial operations.
Contribute to the review of accounting entries, analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, and support process optimization.

Requirements :

Final student (Semester 5/7) of accounting, finance and business management major
Proficiency in excel or spreadsheet
Should be capable of preparing and maintaining records and documentation
Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members.

4. System Analyst Intern

Responsibility :

Talk to real users to understand what they need.
Turn ideas into system diagrams (BPMN, ERD) & functional specification documents.
Help test features before they go live.
Be the connector between users and developers.

Requirements :

Final-year student or recent graduate in IT, IS, or related field.
Think logically, ask great questions, and love simplifying complex stuff.
Enjoy working with both people and tech.
Curious, proactive, and open to learning tools like BPMN, flowcharts, or wireframes.

5. Software Engineer Intern

Responsibility :

Collaborate with our dev team and analyst to build, test, and improve real features
Write clean, readable, and efficient code (we’ll help you get there!).
Fix bugs and write clean, maintainable code.
Learn modern tech stacks and best practices in a real dev environment.

Requirements :

Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or anything techy.
Know the basics of one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Laravel, or Java).
Love solving real problems with tech
Enjoy learning, pair programming, and geeking out about clean code.
Good communicator and like being part of a team.

6. Quality Assurance Engineer Intern

Responsibility :

Break things (on purpose!) to make our apps better.
Write test cases to check if everything works.
Report issues and help the team fix them.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and sometimes users.

Requirements :

Final-year student or recent graduate in IT, IS, or related field.
Passion for clean, error-free software.
Enjoy details, structure, and logical thinking.
Familiar with testing tools (or ready to learn!).
Team player with a love for quality.

7. Mechanical Design Engineer Intern

Responsibility :

Assist in the design and development of bicycle components (frames, forks, etc)
Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
Research materials, processes, and design standards relevant to cycling products.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidedge, etc).
Have good engineering mindset.
Attentive to detail.
Energetic, creative, and innovative.
Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point

8. Electrical Engineering Intern

Responsibility :

Assist in the design and prototyping of electrical systems for e-bikes (e.g., battery management, etc).
Support PCB layout and schematic design.
Help with testing, validation, and debugging of electronic circuits.
Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on system integration.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for bikes, sustainability, or electric mobilityis a big plus.
