Saat ini Perusahaan membuka rekrutmen lowongan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. PPIC Production Storage Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement materials and production planning schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Manage the strategy for sourcing RM, PM, and other materials, including the requested quantities and schedules with optimum working capital without sorting out of Finished Goods
Ensuring stock cover of FG meets the demand and inventory materials are optimized to achieve the lowset working capital without any disruption in supplies
Manage and maintain accurate production schedules and capacity planning
Monitoring and analyaze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost & lead time reduction

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial technology, business administration or any related field
Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in the manufcaturing industry (proven track record of success in supply chain & warehouse operations
Deep knowledge and exposure end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations; demand planning and forecasting, inventory optimization

2. HR Organization Development Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies
Design and facilitate engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify development opportunities
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change
Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of OD programs and identify areas for improvement
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in OD
Ensure compliance with HR Policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications :

Bacgelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development or HR field
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Strong project management and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data

3. HR IR & Permit Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive labor relations
Serve as a liaison between management, employees and LKS Bipartit
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Manage the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of necessary permits and lincenses
Conduct investigations and resolve and labor disputes
Provide guidance on employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with all applicable labors laws and regulations
Obtain, renew, and maintain all necessary licenses and permits required for company operations
Assist with internal audits and compliance

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Engineering or any related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial relations or HR field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. IT Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure
Oversee network administration, server management, and data storage
Ensure the security of our IT systems and data
Provide technical support to end-users
Manage IT project and initiatives
Define requirements for IT needs
Developing application system
Stay update to the latest IT technology

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of ERP system, HRIS, networking, server administration and security protocols
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Electrical Automation Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Design and implement innovative automation solutions tailored to the company’s evolving needs
Identify critical components within the automation system and develop proactive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance
Effectively communicate automation maintenance plans with key stakeholders, including maintenance planners, to ensure seamless integration
Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity gains
Prepare comprehensive reports to track project progrss, highlight key milestones, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications :

Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Mechatronic, Electroning Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Planning, Project Control or Project Administration field
Good understanding in electrical and engineering settings, drive motion, linear motion and Robotic systems
Able to program PLC, HMI, SCADA, OPC and Visual Web base
Able to read drawing technique, mechanical and wiring diagram

6. Maintenance Planner Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Maintain detailed records of electrical, control, and instrumentation maintenance activities
Analyze equipment health and generate reports
Oversee the execution of maintenance plans
Work closely with vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with audit recommendations
Work closely with the maintenance team
Update the spare-part purchase list
Evaluates and oversee directly the execution of Maintenance Program Scheduling (Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Proactive Maintenance)

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Planning, Project Control or Project Administration field
Good understanding in plant project scheduling
Good understanding in material management
Having strong knowledge on administration process on Combined Cycle

7. Workshop Building Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Oversee the maintenance and operation of building utility systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established SOPs and safety protocals
Monitor and evaluate building electrical systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Actively participate in building inspections, report generation, and other facility-related activities
Contribute to the overall building management function by supporting reporting, budgeting, employee development and projects within the manufacturing industry, focusing on utility and facility aspects

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the dairy industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in project control adm
Posess a strong understanding of utility and facility operations, particularly in ammonia/freon refigeration system and electrical distribution

8. Utility & WWTP Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for production machinery, utilities, and wastewater treatment performance and minimize downtime
Onduct timely repairs and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities
Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of machinery, utilities, and supporting facilities to identify areas for improvement
Prepare and submit capital expenditure budget proposal for maintenance and repair projects
Oversee the engineering systems, including hardware and software and propose enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in utility operations, preferably in the dairy industry
In-depth knowledge of utility and facility operations, including boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, water treatment & wastewater treatment systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, and LVMDPs

9. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Carry out production processes activities in accordance with the Quality System Standard and Food Safety Managmeent System
Supervise and ensure Production activities run in optimally, comply with quality standards & specifications and report to superiors in case any deviations
Make continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency and reducting cost
Manage and plan production needs, machine, labor, work equipment & tool for smooth production
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production target
Enforce safety regulations and company policies
Develop and update SOP

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in food technology, chemical engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage industry, preferably in the dairy industry
Having strong knowledge about GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 & 9001, FSSC 22000 and Quality Management System
Familiar with Production Planning and Scheduling
Familiar with Improvement / Problem Solving Tools, ie. DMAIC, GSTD, PDCA etc
Familiar with reporting standards

10. Production Operator

Responsibilities :

Executing production activities in strict adherence to Standard Operation Procedures
Ensuring all workplace activities comply with Standard Safety and Quality guidelines
Operating machinery and equipment used in UHT product manufacturing
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Monitoring production equipment and promptly reporting any deviations, product quality issues or other anomalies to the supervisor
Actively participating in routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Completing all required production documentation accurately and comprehensively
Collaborating with the team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications :

Bachelor or Diploma Degree any major
Minimum 1 year experience in food or beverage manufacturing (prior experience as a production operator UHT processing is a plus)
Flexible to work rotating shifts
Team players with exceptional communication skills
Highly motivated and accountable individuals
Detail-oriented and technically inclined
Computer savvy (Oracle, HRIS, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint)

11. In Line Inspector & Validator Operator

Responsibilities :

Continuously monitor critical production process parameters such as temparature, pressure, time and product flow rate
Collect product samples at critical control points throughout the production process for subsequent testing
Conduct rapid tests on product quality parameters including pH, temparature, protein content, and fat content
Analyze test results and compare them against established specifications
Adjust production process parameters as needed to maintain compliance with specifications
Generate daily or periodic reports summarizing monitoring and testing reuslts

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage industry, preferably in the dairy industry
Proven work experience in the food industry, specifically in production processes from preparation to mixing and finished goods
Good knowledge of basic cleaning principles, both CIP and COP
Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance principles

12. RM/PM Reception Analysy

Responsibilities :

Verify all incoming raw material documents, such as certificates of analysis, delivery notes, halal certificates, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with esthablished specifications
Collect random or procedural raw material samples fo testing
Conduct various physical and chemical tests on raw material samples, including moisture content, fat content, protein content, microbiological tests, and other contaminant tests
Analyze test results and compare them to established specifications
Reject non-complaint raw materials and inform relevant parties

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage industry, preferably in the dairy industry
Experience working in a physical chemistry laboratory, especially in raw material testing for food products
Proficiency in basic chemical analysis techniques such as titration, gravimetry, and the use of instrument like UHPLC, ICP-OS, spectrophotometry, and Kjeldahl

13. Electrical Technician

Responsibilities :

Conducting repairs, maintenance, and upkeep on production machinery’s electrical systems, including wiring and control panels
Assisting in the installation and modification of lighting, electrical systems, and controls for production machinery
Performing preventive maintenance on the control room
Completing work orders within the agreed-upon timeframe
Monitoring the condition and status of electrical equipment such as motors, inventers, sensors, transformers, capacitor banks, MCC panels, and other
Possessing a strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting

Qualifications :

Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics
Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician specializing in power systems, low-voltage systems, and automation control systems
Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, PLC, SCADA, and control panel maintenance
Possession of relevant electrical safety qualifications is highly desirable

14. Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities :

Conducting repair and maintenance processes for mechanical system within the manufacturing area
Executing daily mechanical engineering tasks, including tightening, lubrication, and control procedures
Maintaining a record of spare parts consumption, auditing spare parts stock, and overseeing the status of critical equipment in the maintenance zone
Completing work orders within the agreed-upon timeframe
Conducting diagnostic test on mechanical systems, including vibration and noise analysis
Employing a proactive maintenance strategy to prevent equipment breakdowns

Qualifications :

Bachelor, Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer or Technician
Strong understanding of tightening, lubricating, and controllong principles
Comprehensive knowledge of industrial machinery operation
In-depth knowledge of various types of mechanical tooling, their functions, and usage
Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles

15. Workshop & Building Technician

Responsibilities :

Conducting repair and maintenance processes for mechanical and electrical systems within the utility building area
Preparing equipment and conducting maintenance on cooling systems, air conditioning, air handling units, office equipment, plumbing, fire alarms, and hydrant according to the established schedule
Completing work orders within the agreed-upon timeframe
Asisting produciton engineering in creating spare parts and implementing other improvements
Recording spare parts usage, checking inventory of used spare parts, and monitoring the condition of critical parts in the utility area

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree, Diploma Degree or SMK in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer or Technician
Good understanding of refrigeration systems, pumps, and piping systems
Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance principles
Good knowledge of types, functions, and operating procedures for tooling
