Lowongan Kerja PT Pos Properti Indonesia

1. Administration and Marketing Staff
- Salary Rp 4.500.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month
Qualifications :
- All Majors
- At least 2 years of experience in property marketing
- Able to operate SAP and MS Office
- Able to determine asset marketing strategies throughout Indonesia
- Placement at Yogyakarta, Malang, Makassar, Palembang, & Banjarmasin
Job Description :
- Conduct marketing activities and analyze marketing strategies for PT Pos Indonesia assets
- Perform administration: bidding, BAK, PKS, billing and supervision of lease payments
- Monitor the implementation of the lease agreement, lease term and propose follow-up actions
- Support administrative needs and coordination between Tenancy Management and Building Management
2. Building Management Staff
- Salary Rp 4.500.000 – Rp 5.500.000 per month
Job Description :
- Controlling all engineering focus on building management business (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
- Establish good relationship with related parties such as tenants, prospect tenants and investors.
- Liaise closely with project team and other participants as needed to complete projects on time, within budget and to the targeted quality standards.
- Understand and provide recommendations/input in related to agreements/contracts and business strategy development activities.
Requirements :
- Hold Bachelor Degree of Electrical engineering from reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experience focus on building management/facility management.
- Have good performance achievements from previous experiences.
- Having sense of crises to handling any technical problem.

3. Property Engineering Manager
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical, or any other relevant fields
- 15 years of working experience in Property Management
- 5 years of working experience as Senior Building Supervisor/Manager
- Familiar with building utility functions (Travo, LVMDP, Genset, HVAC, STP).
- Strong in Mechanical, Electrical, Administration, and know civil works and able to compile building SOPs and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Understanding technical drawings.
- An organized person and a team player
- Proven managerial and leadership skills

Responsibilities :
- Manage building related from MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing)
- Analyze related to building needs
- Lead the Engineering Team for better Building Maintenance
- Analyze related to Building Maintenance Needs
- Make a report on the results of the work
