1. Business Consultant

Job Description :

• Promote and United Tractors products especially heavy equipment.
• Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
• Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
• Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
• Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
• Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Capable of speaking Mandarin, it can be considered a plus point.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

2. Internal Audit

Job Description :

• Make an audit report, gather and compile audit evidence, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews, to support findings.
• Assess and appraise the performance of operations, finance, and accounting functions to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation actions taken by management.
• Develop comprehensive audit plans outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies for thorough examination of internal controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Internal or External Auditor, Risk or other related field.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

3. Corporate Finance & Accounting

Job Description :

• Manage the acquisition and strategic use of company funds, including investments and debt.
• Administer short-term financial activities, such as cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Evaluate potential investment funds to assess performance, risk, and suitability for strategic portfolio management.
• Strategically direct profit allocation to ensure it aligns seamlessly with financial objectives and meets the expectations of stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to create detailed reports for informed decision-making and accurate financial planning.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, finance, or other related field.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Finance Management, or other related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.

• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

4. Research and Business Development Market Analys

Job Description :

• Conduct in-depth market research in the energy market
• Forecast market trends by analyzing historical data to anticipate changes in product demand, pricing, and consumer preferences
• Analyze purchasing patterns and customer journeys to identify insights that will improve product targeting and customer engagement
• Provide strategic recommendations on market entry and product localization to adapt to regional preferences
• Develop actionable insights to improve customer experience and brand positioning based on consumer data
• Evaluate the feasibility and potential return on investment of new market opportunities, considering market demand, and competitive landscape

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a market analyst in an energy consultant.
• Minimum Master’s degree in Management Business, Economic, Statistic, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of the structure and clearing processes of equity markets.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Strong teamwork, strong market research and communication skills, proactive and analytical thinking, fast learning, problem solving, and adaptation abilities.

5. Secretary to Director

Job Description :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
• Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
• Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs as required

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a related industry or organization or related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
• Experienced in handling managerial or higher-level positions, it can be considered a plus point.

6. Research and Business Development Creative Renewable Engineer

Job Description :

• Assess potential locations for renewable energy projects by analyzing resource availability and evaluating the environmental impact.
• Research and develop creative solutions for generating energy from unconventional sources like waste or natural phenomena.
• Formulate strategies to enhance the company’s foothold in the energy sector, focusing on market expansion and client acquisition.
• Provide expert technical support in energy-related projects, including the assessment of energy resources and the optimization of processes.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy, environmental engineer, or related field.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering major.

Job Description :

• Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
• Observe the operation of heavy equipment
• Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
• Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Able to speak English is advantageous
• Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
• Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck
