Lowongan Kerja PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk – GMF AeroAsia

Saat ini PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Aircraft Quality Inspector

Job Description :

• The Aircraft Quality Inspector (AQI) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance processes, including pre-maintenance, during maintenance, and post-maintenance activities. This role focuses on executing a quality control program to uphold the serviceability and airworthiness of aircraft, engines, and components in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct aircraft inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and validate maintenance work packages to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Perform Return to Service (RTS) evaluations to certify aircraft readiness for operation.
• Inspect, monitor, supervise, and control aircraft maintenance activities to adhere to established protocols.
• Promote adherence to safety and quality standards as mandated by authorities, customers, and GMF.
• Foster standard performance compliance among maintenance personnel, cultivating a commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Aerospace or a technical-related field.
• AMEL holder for A320, A330-800/900 (EA), B777, B747, and any Aircraft Type.
• More than 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years as an AMEL holder for the related aircraft type.
• Possession of Engine Run-Up Authorization is preferred.
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores of TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS 5.

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and standards.
• Expertise in using specialized tools and equipment, interpreting technical data, and conducting inspections in accordance with maintenance guidelines and aviation safety regulations.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, including electrical, wiring diagrams, component manuals, navigation systems, and communication equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of Aircraft Systems and their operational requirements.
• Ability to perform supervision effectively and work efficiently in a shift-based environment.
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection Processes.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to assess processes and recommend improvements.

2. Associate Quality Auditor

Job Description :

• The Associate Quality Auditor (AQA) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling, reviewing, and evaluating the implementation of the Quality Management System. This role focuses on executing quality programs to ensure the delivery of safe maintenance products that adhere to all regulatory and company requirements while advancing GMF’s capability development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct comprehensive quality audits across maintenance operations.
• Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring efficient collaboration and optimized audit processes.
• Provide expert consultation on quality matters to enhance operations and compliance.
• Lead investigations within the aircraft maintenance area to address any quality or safety concerns.
• Inspect, supervise, and control aircraft maintenance activities to guarantee compliance with safety and quality protocols as required by authorities, customers, and GMF standards.
• Enhance adherence to standard performance compliance among maintenance personnel, fostering a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Aviation Management, Aerospace, or a technical-related field (advanced degrees or specialized training in auditing or safety management are advantageous).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing within the aviation sector.
• Holder of AMEL for all aircraft types.
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores of TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS 5.

Required Skills :

• In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and the aircraft maintenance industry.
• Strong analytical skills to assess processes, identify risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Proficiency in auditing, with the ability to lead investigations.
• Expertise in Project Management, Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Conflict Resolution.
• Proven experience in Risk Management and Quality Assurance.
