1. Risk Management

Job Description :

• Assist in analysing matters that affect the quality of the risk management in digital banking and the application of policies, both caused by internal and external factors
• Assist collaboration with related units/parties in the preparation and review of risk management policies and methods of measuring risk management
• Assist in conducting training, socialisation, explanation, and coordination with the first line of defense on the implementation of credit risk management policies and procedures

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or final year students majoring in industrial engineering, Information Technology or any other related field
• Able to work meticulously & detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work at Jakarta office

2. Graphic Designer

Job Description :

• Producing designs for social media content, banners, and logos for different channels of SeaBank Indonesia in good standards and according to SeaBank brand identity
• Committed to carrying out assigned tasks daily and delivering on time
• Following existing workflow from between other stakeholders to implement into creative visuals  
• Working individually or collaboratively with users, other design team members, and stakeholders

Requirements :

• A final year student with no offline classes or fresh graduate with a relevant degree (Graphic Design, Communications, Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication Design)
• Understanding design hierarchy (e.g., typography, grid system, color combination, etc.)
• Experienced in operating design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects)
• Ability to produce design outputs such as social media content, banners, and logos in good standards
• Able to do 6 months internship period with WFO schedules daily, willing to start on mid October 2024 

3. Campaign Operations

Job Description :

• Assist alongside the team to build SeaBank’s brand equity to be top-of-mind in the digital bank
• Assist in developing marketing activities and map out the tasks needed to implement it, with a key focus on offline and online channels
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of SeaBank products, market developments, consumer insights to implement effective marketing campaign
• Assist campaign operation, performance research, analysis, and present findings as required

Requirements :

• Final year students from relevant major or candidates with 0-1 year of working experience are welcome to apply
• Interest or familiar in campaign operation, social media & other marketing campaign related
• Demonstrate an exceptional strategic thinking with structured communication and data-driven critical thinking, energetic & fast learner
• Available for 6 months internship period and willing to be WFO in Jakarta office
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal

4. IT Procurement

Job Description :

• Assisting in managing records of purchases and prices accurately
• Initiate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Analyze all offers and prices from vendors
• Assisting in recording and storing IT asset inventory data
• Create list of suppliers, specifications and delivery times
• Assisting in starting the process of Purchase Request, Approval, Purchase Order, etc
• Collaborate with other IT team member

Requirements :

• Able to do 6 months internship
• Willing to do WFO daily Jakarta Office
• Final year students with no offline classes preferably from Information System/Technology or related field, recently graduated or candidates with 0 – 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply
• Demonstrate good communication and writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent command in English
• A positive “can-do” attitude, outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
