1. Senior Social Media Executive
What You’ll Champion :
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group’s objectives and target audience messaging.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that reflects the Group’s vision and values.
Content Creation:
- Shoot, film, and edit compelling, original content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Write engaging, concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.
- Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.
- Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Group’s values and showcases customer experiences.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to effectively convey the Group’s mission and impact.
Aligning with Regional Direction & Across the Group:
- Ensure all content materials and direction align with regional messaging, look, and feel.
- Incorporate the following into content strategy: on-ground content that resonates with our brand as set by the Group, including events, Allstar stories, and other directives from the Group.
- Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to adapt content for specific cultural nuances and preferences while adhering to the Group’s direction.
- Work with subject matter experts and external contributors to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including communications and marketing, to ensure content aligns with the Group’s overall social media strategies.
Reporting & Insights:
- Create bi-weekly reports for your market.
- Assist with any ad hoc reports as requested.
- Utilize business solution tools such as Digimind and Hootsuite to gather and leverage data.
- Support decision-making based on collected data.
- Navigate and resolve any crises related to our social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Group’s social media team to proactively prepare content that addresses potential crisis situations.
- Ensure all crisis communication aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and messaging.
Who You Are :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in marketing, or equivalent.

2. Assistant Tax Manager
Job Description :
Functional Responsibility:
- Assistant Manager Tax will assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize the organization’s tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. He/She will help to oversee all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, audits, reporting, as well as ad hoc tax matters e.g. tax objection and tax audit.
Functional Responsibility:
- Assistant Manager Tax will assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize the organization’s tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. He/She will help to oversee all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, audits, reporting, as well as ad hoc tax matters e.g. tax objection and tax audit.

Functional Duties :
- Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the organization’s tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
- Support the investigation and development of strategies to optimize tax incentives and reduce the company’s tax liability.
- Contribute to the review and planning of innovative tax methods to minimize overall company tax liabilities and risk profile.
- Assist in developing efficient tax plans for the recognition of sales revenue in accounts to save on taxes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for reporting to stakeholders such as stockholders, suppliers, banks, government agencies, and owners for decision-making, planning, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia’s procedures and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in maintaining adherence to country statutory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Apply knowledge of corporate tax rates and incentives to support optimal taxation strategies for the organization.
- Perform necessary tasks such as tax filing and reporting based on corporate tax rules and regulations.
- Provide tax advice and guidance to internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Business Development, on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Monitor updates on tax laws and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining proper and accurate accounts for all business transactions and ensuring timely tax filing procedures and deadlines are met.
- Assist in managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Help develop and document systematic internal procedures, templates, and reporting processes that adhere to national standards.
- Support the tax team, providing guidance and development opportunities as needed
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Prepare schedules and liaise with tax authorities and other relevant authorities for tax audits and appeals.
- Assist in preparing internal memorandums, written correspondence, private letter rulings, and other documents for submission to tax authorities.
- Monitor document retention to ensure compliance during tax audits and investigations.
- Review and assist in the computation of deferred tax and tax provisions based on the latest financial statements.
Role Duties :
- Develop annual plans and budget developments for sub-departments to align with department wide strategy including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget
- Lead SOP development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirement
- Track operating progress and results against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
- Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Traits :
Proficiency in tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns:
- Strong understanding of corporate tax regulations and tax law.
- Experience with tax software and financial reporting tools
- Ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach in recommending appropriate actions based on changes in tax laws.
Merits :
Minimum working experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within a corporate environment or public accounting firm.
- English Language proficiency at an advanced level
Education:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- Proficiency in tax research and analysis, as well as experience with tax compliance software and financial systems.
