1. Customer Relations Officer

Qualifications :

• High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality of F&B industry
• A service & people-oriented person
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office Software
• Able to communicate in English both spoken & written
• Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality

Job Description :

• Maintain our loyal customers by giving personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge
• Handle complaints & provide solutions
• Administer G CARD transactions
• Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience
• Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers
• Creating reports as required

2. F&B Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Food Court Manager/Coordinator in retail & commercial
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Excellent in English, both written and spoken

Job Description :

• Lead the F&B team to maintain excellent service levels for customers
• Ensure all food presentations are neat and comply with F&B service standards
• Ensure the implementation of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Ensure all complaints are handled appropriately
• Ensure all the food court tenants comply with the applicable SOP
• Evaluate and review staff performance to ensure customers and tenants receive efficient, prompt and courteous service in food court
• Analyze food court assets
• Prepare inspection reports and provide recommendations based on daily inspection with other departements to maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety compliance

3. Supervisor Security

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree in any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in a similar property
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and related Software
• Have attended seminars or training about the prevention of Radicalism or Terorism, Surveillance, Law Enforcement, Emergency Handling of Natural Disaster, and other issues related to security and safety matters
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written
• Have Gada Madya, Basic First Aid Prioritized and Fire Extinguisher Certifications
• Knowledgeable of fire safety system
• Proper grooming and appearance

Job Description :

• Supervise day to day security operations and system of Kempinski Private Residences
• Ensuring all reports are submitted in accordance with submission schedule
• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all security’s working areas, including all tools and equipment
• Analyse the budget management and asset-opname
• Overseeing the trainings of security personnel both on skills knowledge. Such as fire drill, handcuff and security baton
• Supervise both internal and outsourced security on implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WI) within Security Department
• Incident handling
