Lowongan Kerja PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (Wings Food)

Saat ini PT Prakarsa Alam Segar membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. PPIC Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for planning production according to demand while maintaining inventory levels according to standards
  • Ensure the conformity of actual production output with production targets, and ensure that subsequent plans are mad in accordance with these results
  • Responsible for preparing raw material procurement plans based on forecasts through monitoring stock conditions of goods to produced
  • Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure its achievement
  • Develop an action plan in the event of dead stock of raw materials, supporting materials and finished goods, as well as ensuring the implementation and evaluation of the actions that have been taken

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Industrial Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as PPIC Assistant Manager in the F&B/FMCG industry
  • Have experience using SAP and Ms Excel, and have a good understanding of SCM
  • Have good leadership, communication, analysis, problem solving, planning & organizing skills
  • Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

2. Quality Control Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Gaining and understanding of the management’s direction, aspirations and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams
  • Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods
  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them
  • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance
  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines
  • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standard
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably with food-related education background, such as Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Industry Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Manufacture in the same position, preferably in Quality Control
  • Skill: Internal auditor certification, HACCP, ISO, Halal certification, food regulations or related Quality/Food Safety Management System certifications, data analysis, teamwork, effective communication, developing and motivation people, multitasking, decision making & problem solving, enabling changes
  • Attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills

3. Assistant Manager Purchasing Packaging Material

Responsibilities :

  • Performing all purchasing processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to operational needs, and other expenses
  • Sourcing high value, high volume materials & services, negotiating prices, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking
  • Analyzes multiple data points, trends, and economic data that might disruptions in demand and supply to determine forward buying of materials
  • Evaluate vendor performance in determining Key Performance Indicators
  • Guaranteeing compliance with the company’s code of conduct, purchasing policy and associated protocols throughout purchasing activities

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in procurement management, from FMCG/manufacture food & beerage/logistic industry
  • Required Skill(s): Analytical Thinking, negotiation, sourcing vendors, building relationships, SAP, and Microsoft Excel skill, Data Analytic Processing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

4. Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Able to review and/or prepare Tax Reconciliation, PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 & PPN
  • Review and/or prepare the monthly tax compliances and montly tax returns
  • Check tax invoices, proof of withholding income tax to ensure that the entire payment and reporting process is in accordance with applicable tax regulations
  • Make updates on the latest tax regulations to ensure that all tax processes that are applied have followed the latest regulations
  • Support in tax review, tax audit, tax refund, tax appeal, and tax litigation

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) majoring in Accountancy / Taxation
  • Minmum 3-5 years of Taxation Experience
  • Having excellent knowledge of tax regulation & calculation
  • Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

5. General Affair Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Handle & coordinate General Affairs such as maintenance/repair/improvement & technician schedule, organize company events, ensures timely maintenance of assets, keep track of all asset, etc
  • Establish cooperation agreements with third parties to ensure the smooth operation of the company
  • Manage company permits and legalities

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Human Resource Management/Law/Legal
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRGA or a similar position, preferably in F&B industry
  • Proficient and familiar with using computer programs, at least Ms Office
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment, proactive, flexible, and detailed-oriented
  • Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
