1. Sales Compliance – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Responsible for government coordination and monitoring to obtain approval for sales contracts, work plans, and budgets, blending permits. Serve as a contact point for marketing, sales, and logistic issues to ensure smooth coal sales and delivery. Monitor new regulations, manage sales contract preparation, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and Logistics or related field.
- Min 10 years experience on Sales Compliance in Coal Mining Industries and preferable have experience working on Mining Site.
- Proficiently having knowledge and well understand in Government Systems.
- Actively in digital transformation program and adaptive to innovate.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
2. Office Operation – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Providing and arrange consumable supply in the office, providing employee services support, providing office facility & equipment supply and oversee maintenance of office equipment, ensure all services are executed according to company standards, providing and monitoring office building management by physical checking.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Experiences in technical support (such as electricity, civil engineering, etc).
- Experiences in managing and maintaining office building and other facilities, such as stationary, desk-chair, Air Conditioning, etc.
- Customer Service oriented.
3. HSEC System Development and Standardization – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Develop HSEC system to support HSEC implementation mechanism through manually or digitalized approach to improve efficiency and provide HSEC corporate standard to ensure alignment of implementation in corporate and mine sites/business unit and fulfillment with HSEC related regulation, International and National standard, and best practice.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Safety, Industrial Engineering or Informatic Management.
- Min 5 years experience on Coal Business Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), specially in VISIO application).
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Good in knowledge of ISO (9001; 18001; 45001;50001, etc.) and SMKP/SMK3.
- Good in analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment, Mine Environmental Management, Mine Safety Management, Occupational Health Management, Business Process Management and SOP & System Development.
4. Foreign Exchange Specialist – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Analyze the Foreign Exchange market movement to provide update on the future trend and propose the plan for hedging strategy using the proper tools; calculate and simulate the mark-to-market financial of the hedging plan, including the cash position in different currency and other than plain-vanilla savings product, to ensure that necessary action to minimize the loss are identified and taken promptly.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Finance/Banking/Statistics.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the Treasury Banking, Trading Export/Import or mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Preferably have experience in Foreign Exchange Technical Analysis and Data Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
5. Head of Payment Processing (Disbursement) – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Prepare for the payment schedule and necessary payment documents, including request of authorized signature, and to execute payment according the approved payment schedule, preparing and maintaining complete documentation and reporting of periodically payment.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.
- More than 10 years’ experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge Financial Business Process specially in payment planning and execution process.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
6. Contract Planning and Analyst – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Develop a contractual tool for effective contractor management, align strategies with business needs, design contracts for quality work, analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, maintain a pricing database, monitor contractor performance, and support company goals.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge related about contract and contractors’ strategy that aligns with long term contractor planning process.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Have good personality and can work as team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
7. Contract Processing & Contractor Performance Management – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Ensure contract documents meet company standards, create a contractor database, pre-qualify contractors, assist in bid screenings, support tender document preparation, assess and select contractors, monitor contractor performance, and provide feedback aligned with contractor management strategy.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- More than 3 years’ experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge related about contract processing and contractor performance management.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Have good personality and can work as team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
8. Commercial & Schedule Coordination – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Coordinate barge laycan, tug & barge nomination, shipment execution, royalty payment details, invoice generation, sales transaction recording, price and quality adjustments, and billing document submission for coal supply chain management.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree any major.
- More than 2 years’ experience in the same position.
- Experiences in the area Transportation & Shipping and Export/Import is preferable.
- Knowledgeable about the overall coal shipping procedure, export/import documents & procedure, coal sale & purchase agreement, L/C, coal specification and conversion.
- Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
9. Capital Market Compliance – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Ensure proper implementation of corporate governance framework, support corporate secretary, organize board training, maintain governance actions, manage corporate documents, provide advisory support on compliance, assist clients with regulatory compliance for foreign investment processes.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university (preferably in Law).
- At least 8 years’ experience relevant to corporate governance e.g, corporate secretary, governance, legal/paralegal.
- Understanding of i) company law, (ii) capital market law and regulations, (iii) good corporate governance.
- Familiarity with OJK and IDX reporting and disclosure information, including preparing Annual Report will be an added value.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
10. Strategic Performance Management – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Assist in developing company strategies by designing and implementing approaches, conducting research on strategic topics, performing strategy analysis and reporting, aligning resources with goals, and supporting strategic initiative execution.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Economics/ Finance/ Management or related major.
- More than 5 years experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation pack.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Data Analysis Consolidation and Reporting).
- Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
- Good in presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

11. Tax Specialist – Bontang Site
Job Overview :
- Reconciling records and payments for tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, and tax invoice verification. Generating Tax Payment Slip (SSP) and receipt on E-Billing. Ensuring taxation process aligns with regulations, incorporating safety management systems for worker health and environmental compliance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Economics or related.
- More than 2 years’ experience in the similar field is preferred.
- Understanding of Tax Process.
- Having Brevet A & B is the plus value.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Willing to be placed at PT Indominco Mandiri – Bontang Site.
