Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Kantor pusat PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berada di Jl. Merdeka 312, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat 46396.

Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan.

Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

Saat ini PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Deputy Safety and Quality Manager

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Proven experience in implementing standard procedures for Quality, Safety, or Security
In-depth understanding of Indonesia and International Quality, Safety, and Security regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR)
Familiarity with DGCA regulations, including SI and AC
Willingness to be assigned to various locations across Indonesia
Excellent planning and interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to handle work pressure effectively
Strong self-management capabilities, able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability in management and leadership roles
Knowledge of auditing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
CASO Training certified by INACA or equivalent (Preferred)
ISO 9001 Training (Preferred)
Current Dangerous Goods (DG) or AVSEC License (Preferred)

2. Management Trainee Safety and Quality

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

3. Management Trainee General

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from Reputable University
Familiar with Office Software
Verbal and written English Communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team
Work well under pressure
Good character, creative, innovative
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Skill in multitasking
Excellent organizational skill
Flexible in terms of working hours
Able to work in an agile environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

4. Management Trainee Human Resource

Responsibilities :

Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures
Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflict, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
Ability to work wel in a team
English is mandatory
Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed)

5. Management Trainee Finance, Accounting & Tax

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounitng, or related Major from reputable university
Familiar with accounting software
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team, and able to work well under pressure
Creative, innovative, and have a good character
Excellent in organizational skill and skilled in multitasking
Flexible in terms of working hu=ours
Able to work in an agile environment
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have Brevet A and/or B is a plus

Responsibilities :

Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque admnistration
Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departements to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

6. Charter & Call Center Officer

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree all Major
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
Able to work individually and within a team
Skill in mutlitasking, meticulous and perfectionist
Work well under pressure
Flexible in terms of working hours
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Willing to be placement in Pangandaran, West Java

Responsibilities :

Handle customer on reservation flight schedule or character schedule
Updating database on spreadsheet
Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

7. Media Officer

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree
Have experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries is a plus
Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling
Experience in managing and leading creative team
Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, AI, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
Photography and Digital marketing skill will be a plus
Prior experience in branding and social media
Good in teamwork & managing workload
High attention to detail and design aesthetics

8. Operation Control Center

Requirements :

Fresh Graduate are allowed
Having a minimum 1 years of experience in related field will be preferred
Has an Aviation Educational Background
Must possess an active FOO License
Must have attended a Airline Operation Courses
Has a comprehensive knowledge of Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Safety Regulations and Procedures
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
Great communication skills
Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
Work well under pressure
Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
