PT Itci Hutani Manunggal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) dengan Acacia mangium dan Eucalyptus sp. sebagai tanaman utama yang mempunyai luasan konsesi ±161.127 Ha terletak di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang telah mendapatkan legalitas pengelolahan hutan (SK IUPHHK-HTI) melalui Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan No. 184/Kpts-II/1996 tanggal 23 April 1996. 1. Payroll Specialist

What You’ll Do :

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals, including setting performance metrics and conducting evaluations.
Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Reward Programs: Design and manage competitive reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance, payroll, and reward data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of performance management, payroll, and reward processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or payroll.
Experience with PPH21, BPJS TK, and BPJS Kesehatan using SIPP and Edabu systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Understanding of labor laws, including at a minimum the Omnibus Law.
Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.

Apa yang kamu kerjakan?

Melakukan Pengelasan: Menggunakan berbagai teknik pengelasan (MIG, TIG, atau Stick) untuk menyambung, memperbaiki, atau memodifikasi logam sesuai spesifikasi teknik.
Membaca Gambar Teknik: Memahami dan mengikuti gambar teknik dan spesifikasi untuk memastikan hasil kerja sesual dengan standar yang ditetapkan.
Memeriksa dan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan: Menginspeksi sambungan las untuk memastikan tidak ada cacat dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan standar kualitas tinggi.
Menjaga Kebersihan dan Keamanan: Memastikan area kerja bersih dan aman, serta mematuhi prosedur keselamatan untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja.

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Minimal SMK atau D3 Teknik Mesin, Kendaraan atau Elektronik
Pengalman sebagai Mekanik selama 1 Tahun (Pengalaman Juru Las lebih disukai)
Mengerti dan memahami Perbaikan alat Elektronik, Mesin dan lain-lain.

7. LiDAR Remote Sensing

We are seeking a highly skilled LiDAR Remote Sensing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to enhancing our forestry planning c apabilities through the application of LiDAR technology.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in LiDAR data collection, processing, and analysis. Experience with mapping projects or GIS is a plus.
Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArGIS, QGIS) and processing tools (TerraScan, LAStools, Global Mapper, LIDAR360).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Programming skills in Python and/or R for data analysis are highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

Utilize LiDAR technology to acquire, process, and analyze precise geospatial data for forestry planning and management.
Collaborate with forestry planners, and GIS specialists to interpret LiDAR data and derive actionable insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of forest management plans based on LiDAR-derived information.
