1. Management Information System – Engineer, Network Management

Job Responsibility :

Monitor and control the usage of LAN and WAN 24/7 operations Network for internal and external to ensure the availability and its healthy condition.
Maintain and operate the LAN and WAN 24/7 properly without any trouble to provide the services and highest possible up- time.
Analyze the available network system and tools to monitor network system and to identify the potential problem.
Identify and troubleshoot network problem to decide the solution for repairing / fixing the problem.
Configure and maintain Cisco routing,switching, wireless and voice infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and in accordance with Department standards
Make a monthly report on the downtime evaluation to identify the potential problems and solve them immediately.
Support and monitor voice communication systems operations consisting of diverse networking hardware and software to a corporate standard for performance and reliability across multiple sites.
Minimize the impact of changes on voice communication availability through the effective use of Departmental Change Management policies.
Participate in research, planning, acquisitions, testing and implementation phase of assigned LAN/WAN related projects.
Support and monitor Video Conferencing/Telepresence system to a corporate standard for performance and reliability
Perform trouble shooting in coordination with related parties (Field Foreman, Helpdesk Support etc.) to identify root cause, resolve problems and prevent issues from reoccurring
Produce voice, satellite, and wireless system documentation in accordance with Departmental standard.
Maintain accurate network documentation and produce new documentation promptly upon request

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor (S-1) degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, and other related fields with minimum of 3 years experience in networking.
D3 in related field with 10 years in networking.

Minimum 5 years experience in System Administration Management.

Key Challenges :

Data Security: The metals industry relies heavily on data to make informed decisions. As a systems engineer, you will need to ensure that the servers and storage are secure from unauthorized access and that sensitive data is protected from cyber threats.

4. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Environmental Engineer

Job Brief :

Environment Engineer is responsible in in providing technical support and guidance for Environmental projects and programs at assigned site.

Role Specific Competencies :

Additional certification or licensure appropriate to the job may be required or preferred (examples include: HAZWOPER, Method 9, DOT, EMS Auditor, Asbestos, Water Treatment Operator, or CHMM)
Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, incident investigating and reporting protocols
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills (negotiating, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing).
Mastery of computer skills sufficient to maintain a database, prepare reports and presentations of results.
Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (proficient fluency) and English (at least intermediate fluency).
Ability to work independently and with teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy
Previous experience in the similar role at project and operation area, at least 1 years

5. Smelter Operation Readiness – Freight & Transport Officer

The purpose of this position:

Freight & Transport Officer will be responsible for day to day 3PL and freight forwarder engagement and operation within outbound logistic function. The position will have the ownership of the relation and day to day communication including KPI monitor of all 3PL and freight forwarder.
This position will oversee the day to day operation performance in outbound logistic including 3PL engagement, 3PL performance and making sure lead time precision from plant handover to final shipment to customers destination.
Freight & Transport officer will also be responsible for the day to day custom process both export from KEK to customers. Including managing and engagement to custom brokers to secure FCX PBC compliance.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that finish products and by products from both PTFI Smelter and MMR will be loaded and headed to customers location on time and based on agreed SLA in sales contract.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

Monitor day to day operation such as loading, inland haulage and shipment for both bulk and containerized including all the custom process needed.
Make sure all agreed timeline and goal are achived in timeline manner.
Ensure all the trucking vendors, custom brokers are in regulation compliance such as payload, declaration accuracy.
Responsible for collaboration to 3PL including custom brokers and port authority.
Take action if any unpredicted situation within the outbound activities and raise for escalation.
Responsible to execute distribution planning in timeline manner and present feedback if any overseen dispute planning vs actual.
Ensure seamless and compliance process for both export and import.
Document accuracy check leading and making sure all documents are submitted on time both to authority and internal dept.
Day to day monitor KPI and 3PL performance and safety measurement.
Control and ensure loading are based on nomination and ticket including on time inland haulage.
Making sure no containers miss the shipment schedule (lead time precision 99.5%)

The key challenges in this position:

Collaboration and leading function: Capability to collaborare with 3PL and freight forwarder on day to day basis and take charge to make sure operation are being done safely and in timely manner
Excellent execution: Knowledge in handling bulk, feeder, tanker, and trucking commodities with the most effective solution at the most efficient cost.
Securing Capacity: Ensuring the high availability (99.95%) of the transport mode based the planning and escalate if any dispute
Service Level Agreements: Monitor and maintain 99.5% lead time accuracy of each distribution flow and transport mode.
Keeping up with the vessel, container, barge, and bulk distribution market condition: The high uncertainty of vessel routes and availability due to nature, economy, socio politics, and force majeur
Prioritizing Tasks: Prioritize tasks and escalate to ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will on occasion need to prioritize urgent issues and handle conflicting demands from different stakeholders.
Resolving Complex and Technical Issues: Resilince in handling technical issue. Critical thinking to escalate if the risk is high
Monitoring execution: Marketing will expect precision on lead time and execution based on agreed SLA with customers hence freight and transport team needs to have the sense of urgency to have all execution starts from handling, loading, custom, up to shipment and after sales solution related to distribution.
High Pressure Environment: Sales and Marketing are part of the commercial team and be the core to define company renevue. Freight & transport team needs to be critical in seeing risk and potential on site and raise discussion to define solution or action plan.
Compliance: Freight & transport planning is mostly related to 3PL, broker, and authority to look into update situation and logistic market as external party and internal party such as sales operation, marketing, GSC, and inbound logistic. Compliance and following FCX Principle of Business Conduct.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum bachelor degree industrial engineering, management, logistic/ supply chain. Master degree preferred
3-4 years of experience as planning & controlling/ logistic/ transport
Supply chain/ Six Sigma/ Logistic certification will be an advantage.
Familiar with SAP system

Prepare, produce, and run the drawing process to ensure the quality, productivity and no re-work in the process is achieve the company target and according with International Standard.
Assist superior in analyze and develop a sketch from verbal request of engineer to be used for further process of drawing.
Provide suggestion or input to superior in drawing process that able to result in cost deduction and or other point of view.
Provide reporting to superior, including man-hours activity in order to inform the status of every assigned duty from superior.
Cooperate with other discipline to smooth the project by confirmation and coordination about the related matter of the project.
Assist and train the draftsman to be more professional and competent in their duties.

Translate the verbal things to be drawn.

Graduate from Diploma 4 or S1 in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument
