1. Global Customer Support

Responsibility :

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Carry out a good problem solving
• Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support

Requirement :

• Minimum diploma’s degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
• Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation
• Good time management
• Fluent in English
• Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
• Placement Yogyakarta

2. Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibility :

• Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications
• Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing
• Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief
• Work together with cross sections related to the designed implementation process and product design
• Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compatibility of the product sample has been folllow the project brief and safety standards

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor degree from material and metallurgical engineering/mechanical/mechatronics engineer
• Has >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
• Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidedge, etc)
• Have good engineering mindset
• Attention to detail
• Energetic, creative, and innovative
• Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus poin
• Placement Sidoarjo
