PT Opto Lumbung Sejahtera (Scarlett Indonesia) – Scarlett Whitening merupakan brand untuk produk kecantikan lokal yang didirikan dan dimiliki oleh pengusaha muda Indonesia, Felicya Angelista. Namun, sebelum sukses sebagai pengusaha, wanita yang lahir di Jakarta pada 2 November 1994 ini merupakan seorang aktris sekaligus presenter. Sales Online

1. Executive, Live Streaming

Requirement :

Fresh Graduated in any major.
Having experience as host, radio announcer, offline sales, broadcaster, MC would be advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills that capture and hold an audience’s attention
Passionate to work in the beauty industry and broad knowledge of skin care, body care, and hair care
Excellent selling skills, energetic, and confident in front of the camera
A goal oriented mindset to meet our sales targets and strong execution ability
Ability to work as a team or individually and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adjust the livestream schedules
Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Job Description :

Responsible for day-to-day host live streaming in multiple platforms (e.g. Tiktok and Marketplace)
Master the product knowledge of the products to be promote in the live streaming
Selling the products by actively engage the existing and new customers through live stream session
Identify the beauty trends in the social media to get more attraction in the broadcasting platform
Analyze and evaluate the data of live streaming performance

FA & Procurement

1. Executive, Accounting

Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field (prior experience working at audit firm is a plus)
Have a deep understanding of accounting concept, also update with PSAK regulation
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
A good team player, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure
High initiative and able to bring good continuous improvement
High integrity and strong in interpersonal skill

Job Description :

Responsible to record accounting journal entries
Ensure the journal is recorded accurately and timely based on PSAK
Responsible for month end financial closing and reporting
Responsible to maintain accounts reconciliation
Build good communication with internal team and other division
Responsible to give coaching to junior staff

2. Supervisor, Accounting

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax field preferably in beauty, retail industry, or experienced working in start up industry
Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point
Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax
Update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company
Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Job Description :

Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Financial and Tax reports, also ensure all reports are timely submitted
Review the GL reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transaction recorded in accounting system
Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
Supervise and give coaching to team

Research & Development

1. Supervisor, Medical Research

Requirement :

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Medicine (MD) and Biomedical Science
Minimum 2 years of experience
Experienced in Medical Research and Clinical Study
Preferably has a strong analytical and knowledge in skin care’s active ingredients
Has good understanding in reading and analysing medical journal, creative innovative, and able to work with deadlines

Job Description :

Collaborate with Product Development Teams to assess, advise, and validate skincare products concepts from a medical perspective
Share new invention on active ingredients to product concept from recent exhibition / seminars
Offer medical insights into ingredients, formulations, and product efficacy, ensuring alignment with dermatological standard and safety regulations
Give detailed information to KOL Specialist regarding expert medical questions and complains from KOL
Share knowledge to related head divisions and internal stakeholders on new skincare trends in the market, skincare science, dermatological principles, and the physiological impact of skincare products
Work closely with the team that is responsible for staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in skincare science and dermatology to give suggestion on new product, product positioning, active ingredients, and formulations
Review new product model and give suggestion to improvement to R&D Team

HRGA

1. Executive, People Acquisition

Requirement :

Have a minimum of a year of experience in talent acquisition in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industries
Experienced in executing end-to-end hiring processes for managerial level
Agile, detail-oriented, and high-achiever person who can work in a fast and dynamic environment
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Experienced in using various job platforms
Creative and innovative person
Having experience in handling employer branding and participating in company culture execution will be a plus point

Job Description :

Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia
Conduct a full cycle of talent acquisition (from job posting to onboarding process) using various techniques
Responsible for creating and maintaining the employee experience (e.g. probation period, support internal activities related to company culture)
Manage job sources and review its effectiveness regularly
Support employer branding activities across digital platforms
In-charged in executing company culture strategies through various internal activities

2. Executive, Employer Branding

Requirement :

Have a minimum of a year of experience in employer branding in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industries
Experienced in executing end-to-end employer branding (from strategy creation, execution, to evaluation)
Agile, creative, and innovate person who can work in a fast and dynamic environment
Proficiency in social media platforms
Interested in handling hiring and have participated in company culture execution will be a plus point

Job Description :

Support identification and development of employee value proposition
Create the content development and creation for employer branding and recruitment needs
Identify the core branding of the company and conduct research to gain insight of the potential market
Create strategies of employer branding (starting from concept, content pillar, editorial plan, execution plan, etc.)
Work with the cross-function team to execute employer branding contents
Coordinate and support employer branding events both internally and externally.
