PT Tanjung Power Indonesia merupakan perusahaan konsorsium yang dimiliki oleh PT Adaro Power (65%) dan PT EWP Indonesia (35%), anak perusahaan Korea East-West Power Co Ltd., untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik tenaga batubara berkapasitas 2×100 MW di Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan, dan menjual listrik kepada PLN berdasarkan perjanjian jual beli listrik (PPA) untuk jangka waktu 25 tahun sejak COD. Tahun 2020 merupakan tahun pertama PT Tanjung Power Indonesia beroperasi penuh sepanjang tahun. Sesuai dengan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas PT Tanjung Power Indonesia No. 2 tanggal 12 Agustus 2013, Perseroan mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk menjalankan usaha di bidang Penyedia Jasa Energi Listrik. Melalui Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) berkapasitas 2x100MW, PT Tanjung Power Indonesia mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik tenaga batubara di Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan untuk menyediakan pasokan listrik bagi PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) di wilayah Kalimantan Selatan dan Kalimantan Tengah.

Sedangkan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) TPI berkapasitas 2×100 MW berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani RT01 RW01 Desa Mabu’un, Kecamatan Murung Pundak, Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan luas lahan kurang lebih 42 hektar (ha).

1. Management System Officer

Job Responsibilities :

Support Management System Department Head for preparing Company Policies, establishing, and monitoring integrated management system, risk management, continuous improvement, as well as analyzing the operational process and compiling the implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) process for the company in accordance with company standard and ensuring PDCA process in Company runs well to support the Company’s strategic management process.
- Provide Objective Key Result achievement data as a basis for setting 1Y and 5Y targets
- Drafting documents for levels 2, 3, and 4, along with supporting the document system integration process.
- Preparing for the implementation of QCC training for leaders, monitoring the execution of improvements, creating improvement implementation reports, and acting as a mediator in the improvement process.
- Gathering and recommending issues related to ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), as well as creating its database.
- Creating a calendar of events, monitoring, and making notes on the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles.
- Reviewing report of Lenders created by each department in terms of language and format to minimize report creation errors.

Job Requirements :

Bachelors’ Degree majoring in Management/Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 year of working experience in a similar position from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.
Proficient in English
Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team
Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency
Good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of accounting system and computer

2. Procurement Team

Job Responsibilities :

Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
Receive requests for the procurement of goods and services from related user regarding form of purchase requests (PR), to verify and to coordinate with the related user for clarification (if necessary) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the PRs in accordance with the company’s goods & services policies.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate the cycle time process from PR to PO (Purchase Order), to prepare the related reports and to make recommendations so that the cycle time process from PR to PO can be in accordance with the pre-determined targets.
Review and recap monthly purchases and analyze their accuracy based on budgets to ensure its compliance with the pre-planned budgets.
Ensure the goods are received in accordance with the Purchase Order (PO) to make sure the goods are delivered based on the User’s needs.
Analyze request requirements and to prepare the procurement mechanism as well as the required documentation to ensure its accordance with budgets and or needs as well as the prevailing policies, systems, and procedures.
Record all vendors / suppliers based on price, availability, and delivery accuracy as well as the quality of goods and services each vendor / supplier provides to be used as a database for vendor / supplier selection.
Conduct vendor / supplier selection process, by direct selection or through a tender process, to ensure the company is engaged with the best vendor / supplier for procurement purposes by considering price, quality, delivery accuracy, and quantity.
Execute procurement process for goods / services and to monitor the progress status to ensure its specification and schedule compliance.

Job Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate majoring in Accounting/Management/Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ERP (such as Axapta)
Good communication & Negotiation skill
Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable
Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster based)

3. Warehouse Staff

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports; Initiate’s action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperwork; receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments; Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies; and performs routine clerical duties in support of unit.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Follow up material delivery schedule to vendor to ensure all material arrives at warehouse on schedule and corresponding with user needs.
- Receives, unpacks, pack, unloads, load, issue, store and delivers goods or material; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. Then Records received order, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
- Prepare all material transactions data monthly then submit to Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to create Inventory Balance Report so that the quality and quantity on system match to actual condition in the warehouse.
- Conduct the release of spare part, Oil/Lubricant, consumable and chemical material from warehouse based on material request (MR) from user to ensure all material issue recorded and well documented.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

4. Maintenance Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to conduct Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of electrical equipment in order to maintain the reliability of equipment according to O&M Manual Standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.

- Conduct Preventive electrical maintenance of Power Plant equipment of according to maintenance schedule and report the maintenance result in accordance with applicable standard to ensure the quality and safety of maintenance activities.
- Conduct troubleshooting of the electrical equipment according to O&M Manual in order to define the root cause and appropriate repair and avoid rework.
- Conduct corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and report the maintenance result in accordance with applicable standard to ensure the quality and safety of maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools condition in clean, safe, function able and ready to use anytime and manage the tools storage properly refer to the standard and procedure.
- Conduct quality control activities on maintenance work in order to maximize the work results and minimize rework.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related position in Coal Fired Power plant or Manufacturing
Fresh graduates with Diploma 3 majoring in electrical engineering with GPA min. 3.00 are welcome
Good communication skill
Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operations and maintenance will be advantage
Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable
Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable

5. Maintenance Mechanical Technician

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to conduct Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of mechanical equipment of Turbine, Balance of Plant (BOP) and Auxiliary) in order to maintain the reliability of equipment according to O&M Manual Standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.
- - Conduct Preventive maintenance of Power Plant equipment of Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary according to maintenance schedule and report the maintenance result in accordance with applicable standard to ensure the quality and safety of maintenance activities.
  - Conduct troubleshooting of the mechanical equipment of Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary according to O&M Manual to define the root cause and appropriate repair and avoid rework.

6. Maintenance Quality Technician

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct inspection for operation and maintenance activities and collect technical documentation from related parties to ensure the Quality inspection process well-documented and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.Conduct surveying to lay out installations of any improvement and establish reference points, grades, and elevations.
- - Monitor and control the certificates validation of equipment and prepare the available equipment for re-certification by third parties and Government.
  - Conduct inspection maintenance quality and record and identify data of technical documentation of inspection and test activities during maintenance stage/outage/shutdown & Work order to ensure the data is reported to Superior according to the result and all relevant documents have been recorded accurately and well- documented.
  - Assist and check the status of MTE (Measurement & Test Equipment)/ Calibration of Equipment according to applicable standard and specification to ensure the quality of measurement and test activities.
  - Assist for recorded the handed over document project documents or contractor document and technical documents (Drawing, P&ID, O&M Manual, SOP & MI) to ensure the documents keep properly and revise correctly in accordance with Standard Operational Procedure.
  - Assist the development of quality procedure and manual inspection in order to support the compliance of the procedures.
  - Implement the K3LH regulation, procedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Mechanical Section in accordance with Company policy in order to achieve Company objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational target and quality standard.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK)/ Diploma (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in related position in the power plant or related industry
Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation & maintenance will be an advantage.
Have knowledge about Boiler, pressure vessel, Piping, Welding and Welding Inspection.
Have a certificate of NDE (RI/UT/MT/PT) will be an advantage
familiar and having knowledge with technical drawing, technical software, e.g isometric, data sheet, plot plan, autoCad etc
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

7. Maintenance I&C Technician

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct the I&C maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manner.
- Repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work each sector, Daily, weekly, monthly checking and reporting in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure and Manual Instruction to ensure the contiuity of Power Plant Operation.
- Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on I&C equipment in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure and Working Instruction in order to ensure the Power Plant equipment is reliable, environmental friendly and safety for human.
- Ensure the tools that had used for work is ready for use and safe and return the tools box in clean condition to keep the equipment always ready for use.
- Conduct quality control activities on maintenance work in order to maximize the work results and minimize rework.
- Conduct the troubleshooting of the equipment to find out the root cause of the trouble in order to find an appropriate repair and avoid rework.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related position in Coal Fired Power plant or Manufacturing
Fresh graduates with Diploma 3 majoring in electrical engineering with GPA min. 3.00 are welcome
Good communication skill

8. Water Reservoir & Coal Quality Support

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to communicate with related parties and monitor the condition, trend and quantity & quality of raw water and coal quality according to applicable procedure to ensure the coal quality and water reservoir condition achieve the required standard parameter on the company contract with supplier.
- - Conduct reservoir management in relation with water consumption and availability water reservoir regularly in order to ensure continuity Power Plant Operation.
  - Conduct bathymetry survey on reservoir regularly to ensure the availability water volume and provide data required when hand over reservoir to PT Adaro Indonesia.
  - Check and provide mitigation recommendation to related parties regarding raw water & reservoir condition and raw water transfer facility according to standard parameter and procedure in order to support the sustainable of Power Plant Operation.
  - Check coal quality in PT Adaro Indonesia stock pile before supply to company to ensure the coal quality is according to analysis report from third party.
  - Provide data condition of stock pile at PT Adaro Indonesia in order to the quality and quantity is well monitored.
  - Coordinate with related Department of PT Adaro Indonesia to ensure the supplied coal quality is according to standard specific parameter in coal supply agreement.
  - Implement the company regulation, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance document in order to ensure the conduciveness, safety and quality of work environment in chemist activities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related position in Coal Fired Power plant or Mining Industry
Fresh graduates with Diploma 3 majoring in Chemical engineering with GPA min. 3.00 are welcome
Good communication skill
Understanding coal quality, pump, piping and it’s control mechanism will be advantage
Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operations and maintenance will be advantage

9. Material Handling Operator

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to Monitor Power Plant raw material management such as coal, fuel, silica sand, LPG and N2 to ensure the activities is runs safe and in accordance with target, procedure and standard to support the power plant operation.
- - Conduct monitoring and administrative works of raw material activities (unloading and utilization), communicate with Heavy Equipment operator regarding daily material arrangement such as coal shed, coal yard and ash pond and operate weighing scale equipment according to applicable procedures & standard.
  - Conduct 5R activities in working area to ensure the cleanliness and safety condition in accordance with standard and procedure.
  - Conduct raw material procurement administrative works and record operational activities on logbook and log sheet regarding material unloading and utilization in order to ensure all material condition is well documented.
  - Conduct emergency actions in emergency condition regarding raw material handling that endangers the continuity of plant operations, human and environmental to support the operation and safety of Plant operations.
  - Implement the company regulation, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance document to ensure the conduciveness, safety, and quality of work environment in chemist activities.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in related position in the power plant or related industry
Understanding of Material Handling Equipment, such as conveyor belts, cranes, forklift and other
Having knowledge of heavy equipment particularly CAT brand will be an added value (DZ, WL & FL), Troubleshooting skills; ability to identify issues with equipment and perform basic repair.
Good command in English both verbal and written.
