1. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

Job Description :

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity analyse competitor activity recommend improvements to increase performance educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)

Requirement :

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in social media management, communication or digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and marketing experience
  • Proficient in English both Written and Spoken
  • Age Maximum 30 years old
  • Fit health condition

2. EVENT COORDINATOR

Job Description :

  • Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain event budgets.
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
  • Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.

Requirement :

  • Male / Female Maximum 30 yo
  • Experienced as an event coordinator or liasion officer
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Outstanding vendor management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

3. PROJECT ARCHITECT

Job Description :

  • Oversee the design and construction of commercial building projects
  • In charge of design and design planning
  • Responsible for the visual appearance of buildings
  • Researches, programs, planning, and administers building for the board of directors and applying knowledge of architectural design
  • Produces conceptual design and documents
  • Lead team and conduct internal meetings
  • Design construction documents and project management
  • Act as point of contact for all technical issues

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience with 5 years related experience in Project Architect / Design roles, preferably in commercial industry.

4. PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description :

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Civil or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Expertise in project management and risk management.
  • Have a great sense of creativity, team work, and attention to details.

5. SITE MANAGER

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
  • Ensure that safety regulations and protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure that the project meets specified standards and codes.
  • Manage project finances, track expenses, and make adjustments to stay within budget.
  • Create and manage project schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly.

Job Requirement :

  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry-specific software and tools is crucial. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is also important.

Job Description :

  • Search and choose vendors based on quality, budget, coordination, and project schedule
  • Coordinate delivery and installation schedule with project team.
  • Negotiate shops and vendors to get the best price within budget.
  • Create a vendor list and shop list for database.
  • Make an analyzed budget report for project budgeting.
  • Make monthly report for department budget.
  • Dealing material purchase and vendor for specific project.

Requirement :

  • High school with 5 years in estimator role or S1 Architecture / Civil degree with 3 years experience in estimator role.
  • Knowledgeable in construction whether in materials / construction processes, etc.
  • Expertise in analyzing project costs.
  • Able to communicate and build relations with building supply stores and vendors.
  • Have a great sense of creativity, team work, and attention to details.
  • Fluent in english language is a great advantage.

7. MUSIC DIRECTOR

Job Description :

  • Arrange and adapt music pieces for events, contents, etc
  • Select repertoire and program music for events, contents, etc
  • Collaborate with other artistic and administrative staff to plan and coordinate music
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to music programs and performances
  • Coordinate recording sessions and audio production projects for promotional materials or archival purposes
  • Evaluate ensemble performances and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Requirement :

  • Proven experience as a music director, minimum 3 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in music education, or related field

9. EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR KASTA

Job Description :

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus

  • Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff & providing guidance on techniques and SOP

  • Teach and rehearse choreography with dancers, providing guidance on technique, timing, and expression.
  • Coordinate costume and prop requirements for performances, ensuring they enhance the visual impact of the choreography.
  • Stage and block dance routines for live performances, considering spatial limitations and audience engagement.
  • Direct and oversee technical rehearsals, coordinating with lighting and sound technicians to ensure seamless integration of dance performances into the overall production.

Job Description :

  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of technology systems

  • Collaborate with department heads and management to identify IT needs and opportunities for technology improvements across the department.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and mitigate risks across all locations.
