PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (“PT IAA”) adalah Anak Perusahaan dari PT INALUM yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi Billet Aluminium Recycle. Sebagai Anak Perusahaan dari PT INALUM, PT IAA akan memproduksi Billet Aluminium Recycle dengan kapasitas cetak sebesar 30.000 ton per tahun secara bertahap ke depannya. Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (“PT IAA”).

Billet Aluminium Recycle adalah aluminium yang berbentuk tabung pejal dengan ukuran diameter dan panjang bervariasi dengan bahan baku Skrap dan Molten Aluminium.

PT IAA berfokus untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan aluminium nasional ke depannya dengan menciptakan nilai tambah untuk produk aluminium dan berkontribusi aktif dalam upaya pengembangan klaster industri aluminium nasional.

Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (“PT IAA”)

Saat ini PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (“PT IAA”) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Logistic

Responsibilities :

• You will experience working in logistics and warehouse roles and have a significant impact on the full spectrum of OAA’s on going operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
  • Accountable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finised good inventory.
  • Resolve day to day operational challenges long term resolution planning, research inefficiencies, make recommendations and implement changes.
  • Sets and maintains inventory levels to support all aspects of manufacturing.
  • Manages warehouse and shipping & receiving functions
  • Prepares reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data on material usage.
  • Conduct inventory/warehouse stock opname.

Requirements :

• Male who are passionate about creating an impact.
• Own strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and good analytical thinking
• Have an education background of minimal S1 in management or others with relevant working experiences
• Have at least 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to be placed in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatera

2. Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities :

• You’ll experience working in legal and compliance roles and have a significant impact on the full spectrum of IAA’s ongoing operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing company procedures & processes and suggesting changes where required
  • Analyzing current/new regulations and providing team direction and guidelines on compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
  • Advising on day-to-day legal matters of the company.

Requirements :

• Female who are passionate about creating an impact
• Own strong communication, interpersonal, orientation to detail, and good analytical thinking skills
• Have an education background of minimal S1 in law
• Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to be placed in Kuala Tanjung, North Sumatera

3. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :

• You will experience working in a Sales Engineer role and have a significant impact on the full spectrum of IAA’s ongoing operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
  • Prepare technical presentations for customers and prospective customers
  • Product research: Research, develop, and modify products to meet customer needs
  • Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial contact
  • Secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, and arrange deliveries
  • Plan and execute strategic deals and support solution selling

Requirements :

• Passionate about creating impact
• Own strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
• Have an education background of minimal D3 in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in the manufacturing/mining industry, product sales and the technology field)
• Domicile at Jakarta and nearby and willing to be placed in Jakarta

4. Office of the Board Junior Manager

Responsibilities :

• You will experience working in a Corporate Secretary role and have a significant impact on the full spectrum of IAA’s ongoing operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
  • Managing corporate periodic reports
  • Managing General Shareholders Meetings
  • Fostering and establishing relations with multi-stakeholders and Holding Groups
  • Providing opinions in creating, amending, and revising Company Regulations
  • Ensuring the correctness and suitability of reporting in terms of content and timeliness
  • Ensuring that public relations activities run well
  • Managing documents and activities related to the Board of Directors
  • Ensuring document management related to the Company’s legal documents runs well
  • Arranging corporate branding strategy
  • Ensuring the implementation of ESG & CSR runs well
  • Directing and preparing a budget plan 

Requirements :

• We are looking for those (Male) passionate about creating impact and able to express themselves in the corporate secretary area—having an education background min. S1 and having a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

5. Accounting & Tax Officer

Responsibilities :

• You will experience working in Accounting & Tax roles and significantly impact the full spectrum of IAA’s ongoing operations. You could find yourself involved in activities such as:
  • Recording transactions into the system and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Preparing and reviewing periodic financial statements and annual reports in time
  • Preparing financial statements analysis
  • Actively involved in preparing RKAP and RJPP
  • Assisting in the external annual audit process
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
  • Computing taxes and preparing tax returns 
  • Preparing all related tax reports
  • Fostering good relations with government tax advisory/representative

Requirements :

• We are looking for those (male) passionate about creating impact and able to express themselves in the accounting and tax area—having an education background min. D3 is a must but having 1-2 years relevant experience is preferable
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
