Lowongan Kerja PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang

Saat ini PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang memberikan kesempatan lowongan pekerjaan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. LEGAL & PROCUREMENT DIVISION HEAD

Requirements :

• Education :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (Preferably with a Master’s Degree)
• GPA :
  • Minimum of 3.00 on a of 4.00 scale
• Age :
  • Maximal 45 years old
• Experience :
  • Possess strong negotiation skills, excellence drafting, and a drive to provide commercially sound advice with the ability to debate findings, offer solutions, and establish reasonable assumptions for the company

Expertise :

• Capable of conducting a legal analysis and offering a legal opinion
• Possess expertise and experience in the area of procurement positions
• Proficient both written and verbally in English and Indonesia

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting the Board of Directors, management group, and pertinent business units in reducting legal risks by reviewing, advising, consulting, and providing options for legal action
• Performing precise and prompt legal research for emerging internal company challenges
• Examining third-party agreements and offering enhancement sugesstions that uphold the objectives of the internal business
• Assisting in the negotiation of agreements with third-parties in order to facilitate the operationalization of the business activities of the organisation
• Controlling and monitoring the company’s permits and assets
• Seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency of purchasing processes, reduce budgets, or identify new suppliers that can add value to the company
• In charge of the complete ordering and procurement procedure for products and services, including delivery and receipt schedules
• Effective and efficient division budget management

2. FINANCE AUDIT DEPARTEMENT HEAD

Requirements :

• Education :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Economics
• GPA :
  • Minimum of 3.00 on a of 4.00 scale
• Experience :
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
• Age :
  • Maximal 40 years old

Expertise :

• PIA, QIA, CA Certification
• Understand Internal Audit and Internal Control
• Good Communication and Coordination
• English and Mandarin skills are a plus

Key Responsbilities :

• Carrying out internal audits and controls
• Providing assistance and assurance on the company’s operational process
