1. Operations Performance Support – SPX Express
Job Description :
- Provide daily performance report for Operation Team
- Maintain performance report’s data
- Analyze operation performance data
- Align with Operation Team to support their performance data
- Align with other support team to build the performance metrics
Requirements :
- Diploma degree and above from all majors
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Logistics company as an analyst or relevant position
- Good analytical/critical thinking skills
- Data-driven oriented, familiar with Google Sheet and another dashboard
- Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta
2. Implementation Area – SPX Express
Job Description :
- Maintain Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile’s implementation according to regulation and pattern
- Ensure knowledge transfer properly and measure
- Ensure all process end to end in Sortation Center (SOC) follow company’s regulation
- Ensure all Leader and Team Member known all the process
Requirements :
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Express/Logistics company for managing project and implementation across Indonesia
- Excellent in problem solving
- Good communication skill and leadership
- Understand end-to-end operations and system
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in Cimahi/Bandung area, West Java
3. Process Improvement Support – SPX Express
Job Description :
- Identify wastes and implement process improvement
- Deliver Cost-Reduction Action Plan
- Measure the productivity of Cycle Time and Lead Time analysis
- Identify visual management opportunities to support optimisation in the process flow
- Conduct regular Gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
- Support the Operation team’s project
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an Express/Logistics company as an Operation Excellence/Process Improvement
- Prior experience in implementing and improving Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS)
- Strong Process Improvement skills (LEAN, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt) and good Project Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
- Experience as a facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Willing to be located in Sunter, North Jakarta and travel
4. Quality Development – SPX Express
Job Description :
- Conduct Learning Need Analysis (LNA) and create comprehensive learning program for Operations Team
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including team leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure the successful implementation of learning and quality improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for the Operations Team
- Evaluate learning programs and generate reports for the Operations Team
- Conduct technical assessments to assess the proficiency of acting employees and identify areas requiring further development or training
- Manage and oversee the reward program for couriers, including riders and drivers, to recognize and incentivize exceptional performance and adherence to quality standards
- Lead projects to improve our operations’ quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track progress
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering) or a similar field
- Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs
- Strong project management skills with a focus on quality improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive positive change
