Tokopedia resmi diluncurkan ke publik pada 17 Agustus 2009 di bawah naungan PT Tokopedia yang didirikan oleh William Tanuwijaya dan Leontinus Alpha Edison pada 6 Februari 2009. Saat ini PT Tokopedia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Strategic Planning Associate

What You Will Need :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing or strategic planning
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or marketing industry
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in developing learning management systems or familiarity with basic video editing software / applications is a plus

2. Senior Agency Partner

What You Will Need :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in Agency (digital advertising), digital media platform or e-commerce, specifically in a role to develop and execute strategies to help our client achieve their business objectives
Having strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, and sales
Experience in Digital Media, Online Marketing, and Advertising is an advantage
Passionate problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated
Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales target
Have a natural liking to engage in conversations and building relationships with people
Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and complex products/processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a role with a focus on Agency industry, digital advertising or e-commerce
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment
Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking with excellent organizational skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
In-depth knowledge of Digital advertising solutions
Experience in or deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry

3. Sales Operation Associate (Sales Excellence)

What This Role Needs :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, business planning, or a related role
Proficiency with sales technology tools including CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
