PT SGMW Motor Indonesia (SAIC General Motors Wuling Motor Indonesia atau Wuling Motors) adalah anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile (SGMW), perusahaan patungan antara SAIC Motor, General Motors dan Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co Ltd untuk menangani operasi mereka di Indonesia. Ini adalah perusahaan otomotif China pertama yang membangun pabrik di Indonesia. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT SGMW Motor Indonesia (Wuling Motors Indonesia).

Memulai operasinya dengan membangun pabrik pertamanya di Greenland International Industrial Center di Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2015. Dibangun di atas lahan seluas 600.000 m2 termasuk Supplier Park, pabrik ini dibangun untuk produksi dan manufaktur mobil di Indonesia dan untuk mendirikan basis ekspor untuk Asia Tenggara. Pada 11 Juli 2017, pabrik resmi mulai beroperasi untuk produksi massal.

Saat ini Wuling Motors Indonesia) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Cost Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Costing.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Having knowledge in Cost analysis, Excel, PPT and other office tools, Pricing method and SAP knowledge
• Understand the Finance role in Automotive industry in Indonesia.
• Willing to work in Cikarang

Responsibilities :

• Organize and build material cost analysis and control methods, and promote material cost control work such as index setting, feedback, and tracking
• Organize and analyze cost elements, design cost accounting logic, build cost accounting system; organize daily accounting work and monthly settlement work
• Prepare cost management reports to provide decision-making data to the leadership, new project cost forecast management and financial analysis, prepare annual material cost budgets, and prepare cost reduction measures with other departments to reduce vehicle costs, Inventory target management
• Organize the compilation of various cost-related statements and reports, provide various cost data and consulting analysis

2. Translator & Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements :

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
• Experienced in providing administrative support to senior level management
• Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
• Active and cooperative
• Fully energetic person
• High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to details
• Have ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must possess Associate Degree
• Minimum has two years of working experience in related field
• Willing to work in Cikarang

Job Descriptions :

• Assistance and organize the business which Executive in charge
•  Draft the report which executive require and submit on time 
• Take care the daily management, like the work schedule, meeting arrangement, guest reception, executive working area arrangement
• Translate and interpret company level meeting, external communication, work arrangement for leadership 
• Translate and check company level document 
• Take care the BOD meeting preparation 

3. Legal Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in legal
• Understand about the legal aspect, Industry area
• Have a good knowledge in Indonesia Legal Knowledge, International trade regulations knowledge and Industry Regulation Knowledge
• Willing to work in Cikarang

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct the daily contract review for corporate contract, identify the risk point and offer suggestion
• Build up corporate contract database and well managed, make the contract management process and execute
• Set a relationship with the legal firm, and also offer legal consultation for internal affairs based on self knowledge or help from the legal firm
• Set up a law database for all the law and regulation issue related with corporate business
• Well manage the keep the corporate license and certification , and renew or update or apply more if necessary. Make a timetable to track all the license
