PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy saat ini merupakan PLTA IPP (Independent Power Producer) terbesar di Indonesia yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Berlokasi di Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara, PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy akan memproduksi pembangkit listrik tenaga air hingga 510 MW melalui PLTA Batangtoru. Kebutuhan listrik yang tersebar di seluruh kota-kota di Indonesia, membuat PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy ikut terlibat dalam mendukung Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mensukseskan target listrik sebesar 35.000 MW yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

Pekerjaan konstruksi PLTA Batangtoru 510 MW sangat dikontrol dan diawasi dengan standar EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).

Proyek ini memanfaatkan stabilnya debit air Sungai Batang Toru dan kondisi topografi yang curam meski luas genangan relatif kecil. Namun, energi tahunan yang bisa dihasilkan akan mencapai lebih dari 2.000 GWH.

Lowongan Kerja PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy

Saat ini PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy memberikan kesempatan lowongan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. HRGA Staff

As an HR and General Affairs, you will be handling :

• Responsible for the contract facilities management in the Company (dormitory, vehicles, water supply, workshops, etc)
• Responsible for processing payment of essential services provided utilities in a timely manner, such as electricity, water, waste, internet, and other related utilities.
• Support the daily administration of the company’s vehicle
• Implement efficient completeness documents of administrative processes to the system
• Support HR assistance and reimbursement process
• Oversee the administrative functions, and prepare the paperwork of the request facility management and office operations administration and approval in the system
• Other tasks related to HR and GA

The Successful Applicant :

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• At least 1-2 years experience in same field
• Fluent in English both written and verbal is preferred
• Ability to create and assist in the general affairs functions
• Willing to be placed in Site Project
• Willing to do 11 – 2 roster
• Willing to help set up new improvement organizations

2. File Management Personnel

As a File Management, you will be handling :

• Arranges and describes archival collection in accordance with accepted standards and practices
• Implements procedures for the acquisition, processing, digitalization, and preservation or archival materials
• Make recommendations for acquisition of new collections and de-accessioning of existing collections
• Another support GA assistance

The Successful Applicant :

• A Bachelor Degree of Library and Information Science / Study or Archiving or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Possessed knowledge and skills about archives, correspondence, ins and outs of organizations and filing systems or archive systems
• Diligent, thorough, neat, careful, and patient in completing the task in hand.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal is preferred
• Ability to create and assist in the general affairs functions
• Willing to be placed in Site Project
• Willing to do 11 – 2 roster
• Willing to help set up new improvement organizations
