Lowongan Kerja PT Mitra Kreasi Garmen (MILLS Sport)

Saat ini PT Mitra Kreasi Garmen (MILLS Sport) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. VIDEOGRAPHER + EDITOR

Job Description :

• Responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that could be used for a variety of projects and digital channels
• Working with Producer to create the film or video product
• Figuring out what type of equipment to use
• Operates vide cameras, on outdoor location or in the studio
• Setting up cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
• Calibrating and maintaining equipment
• Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video

Qualifications :

• Physical mobility, and some physical strength/stamina
• Creative and attention to detail
• Experienced in producing sports creative video
• Understanding of post-production techniques
• Must know computerized editing software and equipment
• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills

2. PHOTOGRAPHER

Job Description :

• Meet with Producer prior to photoshoots to gauge their creative needs and expectations
• Figuring out props and equipment needed for photoshoots
• Prepare and find the location for photoshoots by setting up necessary lights
• Shooting action shots of athletes in games or practice sessions, either individually or as part of a team
• Capturing portraits of athletes and products for use in publications such as brochures and catalogue

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a photograper in sports industry
• Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting
• Strong creative presence and artistic flair
• Customer focus with a desire to over deliver on quality
• Strong physical stamina, good interpersonal skill, and having problem-solving mindset

3. KOL SPECIALIST

Job Description :

• Research and identify KOLs across digital media platforms
• Reach out and build KOL networks for each MILLS product categories
• Manage KOLs regarding their requirements, timelines and paid content performance
• Create and explain complete briefs to KOL
• Manage communication and build good relationships with KOLs

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year experience working as a KOL Specialist in the sports industry
• Having a good KOL networking in the sports industry
• Knowing the most important up-and-coming trends ahead in social media
• Good time management, team-player, and pay attention to detail
