1. Corporate Engineering Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ year experiences in theme parks, hotels or other hospitality business
• Able to read Autocad drawing
• Excellent of English both in oral or written
• Excellent knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, tools and equipment
• Excellent ability to maintain emergency plans and procedures
• Capable to apply energy conservation techniques
• Placement Puncak – Bogor

2. Purchasing Project

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Professionals using Ms Office
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Understanding building material specifications
• Able to analyze unit prices and purchasing needs
• Able to understand exterior and interior building working drawings
• Placement Meruya – West Jakarta

3. Project Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Ensure permits, approval, and regulatory perequisites within the project period
• Able to read planning drawings and shop drawings
• Directing the work of contracts and subcontractors for special theming works
• Able to understanding the stages of civil, finishing, and MEP works
• Able to delegate and monitor the team
• Carry out progress reports
• Active, Creative, and Innovative

4. Landscape Auditor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architect
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field
• Able to manage Audit Data
• Creative, good communication skills, honest and thorough person
• Experienced and Professional in using Autocad, Sketchup, and Lumion software
  Can develop training material as needed
• Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to the landscape

5. QA Analyst

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field
• Have strong Data Analyst skills
• Have good Business Intelligence
• Experienced and professional using software tools (Ms Excel, SQL, and Phyton)
• Have good communication skill, honest and thorough person
• Placement Pucak – Bogor
