Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (disingkat “HCML”) adalah salah satu Production Sharing Contract (PSC) dari Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), yang kemudian diubah menjadi Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, sebagai perwakilan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi di Selat Madura.

HCML sebelumnya adalah Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). Sebagai operator dari Blok Madura Strait, saat ini HCML dimiliki oleh Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC Southeast Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), dan SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”).

Saat ini Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Lead Officer Asset Management & Inventory Control

• Deadline 10 August 2023

Responsibility :

• To implement and supervise policy & procedures, programs and activities of HCML Material System & Inventory Control and others related matter in accordance to established organization standard and business needs, in order to ensure provision of support to all HCML operation & drilling activities

Job Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant discipline
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field in oil & gas or mining industry
• Having experience in handling Inventory Management & Asset Recovery is preferable
• Have an understanding on the implementation of Indonesia rules & regulation related to State Owned Asset and all associated rule and regulations, including but not limited to PTK 007, PTK 0059
• Have an understanding in SAP Modules (MRP, Inventory modules etc.) is preferable
• Understanding of PTK 007 Book-3 (Asset Management) is preferable
• Point of hire & Work Location: Jakarta & Jakarta Office (may require to travel)

2. Senior Production Engineer

• Deadline 18 August 2023

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to manage the interface between the reservoir, wells, and operational teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that operating fields are producing optimally by evaluating inflow and outflow performance between the reservoir, wellbore, and surface facility.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• Have minimum of 10 years of working experience as production engineer in oil and gas industry, with minimum 5 years of experience in Gas Production
• Have experience of risk assessment for oil and gas field operations
• Good knowledge of Petroleum & Production engineering
• Have the technical knowledge of oil and gas, also international standards relating to well integrity
• Have a strong knowledge and experience on Nodal Analysis, Production Logging, Tubing Movement & Stress Analysis for Dynamic Producing/ Stimulation Conditions, Well Interventions and workover, Well Stimulation and Well Integrity
• Have the ability to operate Pipesim, Prosper, WellFlo, and SafeWells
• Ability to assess and rationalize complex data to formulate operational & engineering plans and strategies
