1. Junior Accounting & Tax

Qualification :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree Accounting and Management is welcome
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting
• Understanding of Finance Services / Tax
• Able to operate Google Workspace, accounting and tax system
• Have a high commitment to work, be proactive, take initiative and have a high enthusiasm for learning
• Have good analytical skills and thorough
• Willing to work in Hybrid setting at Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities :

• Performing day to day bookkeeping in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles
• Analysing and preparing financial statements, including profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and statements of financial position in monthly and annual
• Preparing documents and coordinate with external auditors
• Preparing monthly and annual tax reports (Tax Article 21, 23, Final 4(2), 25, 26, 29)
• Keep and create a neat corporate tax database

2. Content Writer Intern

Qualification :

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Prior experience in content writing, blogging, wikipedia or related fields
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus
• Strong research skills to gather information and create well-informed content
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling to engage our audience effectively
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines

Responsibilities :

• Create compelling and well-researched articles for the Mantappu Corp website, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives
• Conduct interviews with our talented team members to gather valuable insights and create engaging content for social media platforms
• Collaborate with the PR Team to write informative and accurate profiles of Mantappu Corp’s talent on Wikipedia, enhancing our online presence and credibility
• Keep track of website SEO performance, analyze key metrics, and propose optimization strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings
• Assist with various content-related projects and tasks as assigned, such as content audits, content updates, content repurposing, etc

3. Operator Studio

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/Kejuruan, dibidang Broadcasting/Multimedia atau jurusan yang sesuai
• Berpengalaman di Creative Production House is a plus
• Teliti, tekun, dan keinginan belajar yang tinggi
• Bersedia bekerja sesuai project termasuk Weekend Shift
• Minimum education requirement is high school diploma or equivalent, preferably in Broadcasting/Multimedia or a related field
• Experience in a Creative Production House is a plus
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and a strong desire to learn
• Willing to work according to project needs, including weekend shifts, on site location in Kemang, South Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melayani customer studio musik dengan baik, ramah, solutif, dan supel
• Melakukan perawatan & perbaikan alat musik beserta perangkat audio, foto, video, sarana pendukung lainnya dan area sekitarnya
• Melakukan cek kondisi peralatan audio video lainnya setiap sebelum dan sesudah disewa oleh customer untuk mengetahui terjadi kerusakan atau tidak
• Melayani Creative Producer dalam melakukan tugas-tugasnya
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan gedung dan kebersihan studio
• Serve music studio customers well, in a friendly, helpful, solution-oriented, and flexible manner
• Perform maintenance and repair of musical instruments and audio, photo, video, and other supporting equipment, as well as the surrounding area
• Conduct checks on the condition of other audiovisual equipment before and after they are rented by customers to determine if any damage has occurred
• Assist the Creative Producer in performing their tasks
• Responsible for building maintenance and studio cleanliness

4. Account Executive

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience at partnership/sales field in an advertising agency, production house, file or media company
• Great communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills effectively collaborate with various teams
• Knowledgeable of field production techniques and standard
• Proficiency in working with Google Workspace is a plus
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and production
• Willing to work WFO setting, with on-site location in Kemang, South Jakarta

Responsibilities :

• Approach potential clients, delivering pitches to obtain new partnership
• Initiate mid & long term partnership strategies to create new collaborations with partners
• Maintain a relationship with the existing clients, to ensure the next partnership
• Meet and exceed partnership targets
• Understand and keep up to date with production house industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Budgeting the production cost & the client needs

5. Marketing Specialist

Qualification :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG/Cosmetics/Skin care industry
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
• Marketing Savvy, familiar with social media & digital marketing management
• Able to work in a fast phase and always online (easy to reach out)
• Initiative is a must
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaign
• Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Work setting: Remote

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
• Execute strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience
• Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends
• Increase brand awareness and market share through effective promotion and channel communication
• Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing techniques to reach and engage target customers
• Plan and run advertisements, utilizing at least basic skills in Ads Management platforms
• Provide recommendations for promotional strategies, considering market insights and competitive analysis
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, social median, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
