PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Entertainment) adalah official digital media dari Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina untuk memberikan hiburan, berita, dan masih banyak lagi. didirikan pada tanggal 27 Desember 2015, saat ini PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Kekinian Indonesia) sedang buka Lowongan Kerja Terbaru.

RANS Entertainment (singkatan dari Raffi Ahmad & Nagita Slavina Entertainment) adalah sebuah badan usaha media hiburan yang memfokuskan diri di platform media sosial, saluran YouTube, rumah produksi, event offline, agensi digital, aktivasi komunitas dan kerja sama branding dengan berbagai kalangan. RANS dibentuk oleh pasangan Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina. 

Berawal dari garasi dengan 3 orang kru. Seiring berkembangnya RANS, RANS Crew juga semakin bertambah. Bukan hanya crew untuk channel youtube, tapi juga crew RANS Animation, RANS Carnival, dan lain-lain.

Pada 26 Oktober 2021, RANS mengumumkan kemitraan mereka dengan Grup Emtek. RANS juga mengumumkan bahwa Kaesang Pangarep telah ditunjuk sebagai komisaris perusahaan mereka.

Requirements :

• University student/ Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Male, maximum 24 years old

2. HR Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor in pshycology
• Maximum 27 years old
• At least 3 years experience in related field
• Good self management and managerial
• Attention to detail
• Understanding in recruitment, OD & people development
• Strong in HR service and industrial relation

3. Talent Coordinator

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major
• Maximum 25 years old
• With 2 years experience in talent agency
• Good attitude
• Attention to detail
• Good communication is a must
• Familiar in artist management environment

4. Talent Admin

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major
• Female, maximum 24 years old
• Good self management and team working
• Attention to detail

5. Legal Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in law
• Female, maximum 24 years old
• With 2 years experience in related field
• Attention to detail and Good communication

6. Social Media Officer Campaign Strategist

Requirements :

• Maximum 25 years old
• S1/D3 graduate
• Adaptive in halding all types of social media
• Able to create social media campaign
• Handling social media campaign
• Knowledge in digital marketing
• Has a good attitudes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Young vibrant and full or ideas
• Able to use social media analytic tools

7. Sales Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major
• Maximum 27 years old
• Massive networking
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skill

8. FInance & Accounting Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in economics
• Male, Single maximum 26 years old
• Experience as finance accounting minimum 1 years
• Well groomed and good communication skill
• Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking
• Passionate with Finance/ Accounting

9. Junior Editor

Requirements :

• Maximum 24 years old/ fresh graduate are welcome
• Able to edit videos
• Have a good skils in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good person in sunny and rainy days
• Young vibrant and full of ideas

10. IT Support

Requirements :

• SMK/SMA graduate are welcome
• Master in IT network and cable crimping
• Able to operate video conference platform
• Able to manage Mac Linux and Windows troubleshooting
• Disicpline, god communication and fast learner

11. Camera Person

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major
• Maximum 27 years old
• With 2 years experience in broadcast television/ production house
• Creative mind and story telling skill in pictures
• Experience and confidence in video production
• Excellent eye for detail and aesthetic pictures
• Great people skills and pleasant personality

12. Admin Marketplace & Warehouse

Requirements :

• Female, maximum 24 years old
• SMA/SMK graduate
• Attention to detail
• Required skill in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
• English is a plus
• Good communication and personality
• Handy, reponsive, initiative is a must
• Client oriented is a must

13. Admin Stock Controller

Requirements :

• Male, Maximum 24 years old
• SMA/SMK graduate
• Attention to detail
• Required skill in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
• English is a plus
• Good communication and personality
• Handy, responsive, initiative is a must

14. Fashion Designer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree is fashion design or textiles
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Able to do textile design is a plus
• Advanced Adobe Ilustrator and Photoshop skills are essential
• Excellent technical and creative design skills
• Strong organistation skills, intentional with time and focus
• Strong verbal communication skills

15. Production Assistant

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major
• Maximum 25 years old
• With 2 years experience in TV broadcast
• Integrity and problem solver

• Familiar in video production

16. Creative Marketing

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree all major

• Creative ideas and analysing content performance

17. Marketing Executor

Requirements :
