3. Waiter(s) & Waitress(es)

General Requirements :

In-depth knowledge of HR Recruitment process
Outstanding analytical and time management skill

8. HR Staff

Requirements :

Female
Maximum age 27 years
Bachelor’s degree in MSDM or Psychology (preferably a master’s degree)
2 years experience as HR
Fluent in English
Relevant experience in an HR Role
Excellent administrative skills presentation

Responsibilities :

Conducting interviews, recruiting and vetting new staff
Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
Counseling staff on HR policies, Practices and procedures
Handling end to end BPJS (Kesehatan & TK)
