Marketing Role

About Staff Marketing Role:

  • We are looking to hire very passionate, skilled, and hard-working Marketerswho will be responsible for analyzing market conditions, conducting customer behavior research, and crafting product pricing strategies that meet business objectives while complying with government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, market research, and project management, and will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and create the most interesting pricing products that appeal to customers. This role comes at an exciting time as we are accelerating the digital transformation within Telkomsel.

We’re calling you who have :

  • The maximum age in March 2023, should not be more than 28 years old
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
  • Skills in business analytics and market research
  • Experience with behavioral research, data analytics, consumer insight, and product discovery
  • Skills in data processing, negotiation, and presentation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail business
  • Experience in building native app or web
  • Knowledge and ability in Mobile Marketing Platforms, Google Analytics, Google Studio, SQL Query
  • Preferably have experience in Digital Marketing, especially in E-Commerce, Telecommunication, and Fintech
  • Skills in Project Management, Product and Design Development, Business Process Management, Pricing Strategy, and Python

Responsibilities for Each Role:

Your Responsibilities as by.U Business Insight Specialist :

  • Conduct market research to analyze the current market conditions and to understand customer preferences and characteristic
  • Crafting product construct of pricing for the customer
  • A/B testing product construct, message communication to optimize the result
  • Evaluate campaign and product pricing result

Your Responsibilities as Staff Product & Pricing Governance :

  • Deliver guidance and ensure the pricing that delivers in the market has complied with government regulations, business, objectives, competition
  • Develop product positioning between portfolio

Your Responsibilities as Staff Digital Customer Values Management :

  • Responsible for running digital campaign activities
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the Business Owner team and CVM Campaign Planning Team for ATL and BTL campaign needs.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Channel Owner Team and the Technical/IT team for trouble-shooting and future development

Your Responsibilities as Staff Device Distribution Market :

  • Monitor and execute GTM device bundling program on the offline channel, including content, mechanisms, calendar of events, campaigns, and sales results
  • Analyze current program and make recommendations for improvement and propose new program
  • Reconciliate and validate partner sales data postpaid device bundling and alignment with the finance team for the process of settlement service fees and sales fees partners

Your Responsibilities as Staff Consumer Loyalty System Development:

  • Conduct technical assessment of business needs for loyalty products or programs or NPS
  • Create, test, and launch loyalty products or programs, or solution (End-to-End Product Development)
  • Give recommendations or offer ideas to improve the customer experience and loyalty programs
  • Identify and develop features for Loyalty Systems and NPS measurement system
