PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis jasa pendukung telekomunikasi termasuk penyewaan dan pemeliharaan Base Transceiver Station (BTS), layanan konsultasi dan melakukan investasi atau partisipasi ke perusahaan lain. Dan merupakan perusahaan induk dari Tower Bersama Group. TBIG didirikan pada tahun 2004 dan sahamnya tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 26 Oktober 2010. Tower Bersama Group merupakan salah satu perusahaan menara independen terbesar di Indonesia. Kegiatan usaha utama Perseroan adalah menyewakan tower space pada sites sebagai tempat pemasangan perangkat telekomunikasi milik penyewa untuk transmisi sinyal berdasarkan skema perjanjian sewa jangka panjang melalui Entitas Anak.
Perseroan juga menyediakan akses untuk operator telekomunikasi ke jaringan repeater dan IBS milik Perseroan sehingga dapat memancarkan jaringan sistem telekomunikasi di gedung-gedung perkantoran dan pusat-pusat perbelanjaan yang terletak pada wilayah perkotaan.

Saat ini PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Accounting Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the availability of subsidiary financial report is available accurately and on time
- Ensure report are in accordance with PSAK through management of administrative and accounting function
- Ensure that the length of the individual company annual audit report draft is completed on time
- Ensure the timely completion of the Normalized EBITDA Report
- Ensure the percentage of accuracy of the Financial Statement released in accordance with the Financial Statement list
Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting
- Having minimum 3 year experiences as Accounting Staff
- Familiar with Journal and Financial Report
- Having knowledge in planning & budgeting control
- Expert in making & analyze financial reporting
2. Key Account Executive (HO, Jatim)
Key Responsibilities :
- Build & manage good relationship with customer
- Gather and analyze information about marketing intelligent
- Ensure planning and implementation to achieve revenue target
- Conduct partnership negotiation and commercial deal in order to succeed long-term partnership
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, creative Able to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process Strong time management skills
3. Operation Auditor
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit business process in the company according to the policies
- Make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operation to management
- Make audit plan and data analysis before do the assignments
- Present audit result and recommendation in form of effective and efficient report
- Identify, understand and handle fraud
- Willing to be placed in TBIG area
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in any major
- Having minimum 4 year experiences as auditor
- Operational auditor is preferable
- Good in manage database
- Having experiences in telco industry and knowledge in fiber optic & IBS is preferable
4. Operation Maintenance Execution Section Head (Sulawesi II)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage & monitor all operation & maintenance activities in tower sites
- Oversee vendors to perform scheduled routine maintenance
- Handle the handover of tower site from Project Implementation to Asset & Operation and ensure the completeness of supporting documents
- Handle & ensure the resolving of operation trouble in site as required
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 majoring in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunication Engineer
- Minimum 3 year-experiences as Supervisor at Telco Operation & Maintenance
- Strong controlling, problem solving, and data analysis reporting
- Good knowledge about Sulawesi region and its locals
5. Programmer
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning and handling the functional specifications, system development, installation, system Integration, and implementation of the test
- Handling projects related to IT Business Analyst to ensure the project is on target
- Creating design computer programs documents program design, program coding, and maintenance to address specific business needs as well as allowing changes in the future
- Consultation to determine the needs and internal needs analysis for IT to provide solutions in a timely and accurate at the results
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having minimum 3 Year of experiences in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): SQL Server, C#, VB.Net, ASP.net, Oracle Application Server, MVC, ERP
6. Project Management CME Section Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Manage the development of infrastructure and supporting facilities
- Supervise the execution of supporting facilities construction and additional capacity
- Ensure the quality of project delivery as required
- Manage the implementation of network integration
- Manage all activities and administration related to deployment
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecommunication / Information Technology / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum experience 5 years as Project Supervisor
- Excellent in communication skill and negotiation skill
- Concern to target, achiever, and has customer focus orientation
- Having deep understanding about Project Management and Fiber Optic Technology
7. Project Management FO Section Head (Jabo)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope
- Manage the development of infrastructure and supporting facilities
- Supervise the execution of supporting facilities construction and additional capacity
- Ensure the quality of project delivery as required
- Manage the implementation of network integration
- Manage all activities and administration related to deployment
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecommunication / Information Technology / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum experience 5 years as Project Supervisor
- Excellent in communication skill and negotiation skill

8. Project Management FO Section Head (Sumatera)
Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the implementation of network integration

9. Project Planning & Monitoring Analyst
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the accuracy of site order and also data project progress
- Analyze customer site orders
- Monitor the development process of site acquisition
- Ensure weekly & monthly report submit on time
- Ensure the availability of documents in accordance with project timeline
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in any major (preferably from Telco/Informatic Engineerring)
- Having 3 years experiences in Telecommunication Industry
- Having great basic telco skills, especially Fiber Optic, Project Tower & Micro Cell Pole (MCP)
- Able to analyze and monitor data
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Oracle & SQL
- Excellent in coordination and communication
- Willing to travel
10. Talent & Performance Management Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor Individual Development Plan (IDP) process of all employees & manage its documentation by system and/or manual
- Ensure IDP of talent pool is implemented
- Having knowledge about performance management, talent & career management
- Monitor & evaluate Performance Management & Career Development System, ensure trouble in system can be resolved
- Passionate in people development
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in Psychology
- 1-2 years experiences in related field is preferable
- Having knowledge about career management
- Interested to handle system
