1. Assistant Vector Control Technician

Requirements :

• Graduate from senior High school/Diploma degree as Chemical Analyst or Nursing Academy and trained especially in Ventor Control cases
• At least 3 years experience in specific for Vector Control cases

2. Vector Control Technician

Requirements :

• Diploma degree as Chemical Analyst or Nursing Academy with laboratory experience and trained especially in Vector Control cases
• At least 3 years experience in Laboratory and specific for Vector Control cases
• Experience in deliver Vector Control programs such as management & administration, screening program, case detection & treatment at Clinic, self protection, elimination & control of mosquito breeding site, and control & prevention of adult biting mosquito

3. Laboratory Technician

Requirements :

• Diploma degree as Laboratory analysis or Nursing Academy with laboratory experience and trainer
• At least 3 years experience in Laboratory
• Experience in DNA/RNA extraction, real time PCR, and working biosafety level 2 laboratory are preferred

4. Public Health Educator

Requirements :

• Public Helath with at least 3 years post-graduation experince in Public Health 
• Have related public health training certificates
• Familiar with health promotion for communicable disease
• Self-reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Occupational Health Nurse (OH Nurse)

Requirements :

• Certificate/Diploma/BSc/MSc in occupational Health/Public Helath
• At least 3 years exeprience in the field, holds a recordable qualification in occupational health
• Holds current registration or license qualification in home country or Experience managing and implement Medical Check Up programs minimal for 2 years

6. Senior General & Emergency Physician

Requirements :

• Phyisician with at least 5 years post-graduation exeprience (not include internship) in general and emergency medicine in a clinic or occupational setting with at least 2 years in mining or oil & gases
• Holds current registration or license qualification in home country. Passess the internship program which managed by Indonesian Medical Council
• ACLS/ATLS/PHTLS or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Head another competency valid certificate e.g., ECG, Chemical accident response or similar, Leadership & management ETc
• Major incident medical management and support (MIMMS) or equivalent
• Excellent English written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

7. Senior Occupational Health Physician (Senior OH Physician)

Requirements :

• Physician with at least 6 years post graduation experience in general medicine holding or currently studying towards a certificate/diploma/MSc in occupational medicine (not include internship) with at least 3 years experience in mining and or oil gas industries
• Could have associate membership of a professional body such as the Faculty of Occupational Medicine
• Experience on managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programme in industry (preferably Mining Industry), including specific implemented Health Surveillance programs
• Certified Hiperkes
• Basic leadership competence, strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Administration experience, familiar with MS Office
• Excellent English written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

8. Dental Nurse

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
• Registered nurse with at least 3 years post basic training experience in emergency medicine
• Holds current registration or license qualification
• BTCLS, BCLS certificate or equivalent training and certification within the last year
• Self-reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations
• Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Administration experience, familiar with MS Office
• Capable to communication in english for both written and oral

9. Dentist

Requirements :

• Dentist wit at least 5 years post-graduation experience in general
• Holds current registration or license qualification in home country
• Has knowledge of how and where to seek advice and assisstance in relation to specialized areas of pratice such as occupational and travel medicine
• Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) or equivalent
• Self-reliant in with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communication clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations
• Recognize and work within own limitations

10. General & Emergency Physician

Requirements :

• Physician with at least 5 years post-graduation experience in general and emergency medicine in a clinical or occupational setting (not include internship) with at least 3 years experiences in mining and or oil and gas industries
• Hold current registration or license qualification in home country. Passess the intership program which managed by Indonesian Medical Council
• Has knowledge of how and where to seak advice and assistance in relation to specialized areas of practice such as occupational and travel medicince

15. Public Health & Vector Control Manager

Requirements :

• Experience in managing a Public Health & vector Control Program
• Medical professional with at least 6 years in public health & vector control, postgraduate from public health (not include internship) with at least 3 years experiences in mining and or oil and gas industries
• Have associate membership of public health/epidemiologist or other similar health professional body and have Hiperkes & other Public Health certificates
• Knowledge of public health, outbreak & mitigation, vector control and other public health of concerns

16. Radiographer

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Radiographer
• Certified Radiographer and have valid permit applicable from Bapete
