1. Research Data Marketing (Staff)

Main Duties :

• Conduct research activity related with market condition, customer, product, etc
• Propose or create research ideas to answer business issues
• Analyze and compile report on research conducted to provide solution, recommendation, or action plan
• Present and communicate research result to related perties
• Project and vendor management

Qualifications :

• 26 – 30 years old
• Experience minimum for 2 years in related area
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Have good knowledge and experience of automotive research will be beneficial
• Proven experience in quantitative research
• Familiar in using Ms Excel for data processing (pivot, etc) or dashboard software, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Sociology/Economics/Industrial Engineering

2. Customer Experience (CX) – Staff

Main Duties :

• Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system
• Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis
• Create data visualization to support decision making
• Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy
• Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support
• Generate regular or adhoc report
• Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc

Qualifications :

• 25 – 30 years old
• Experience minimum for 2 years in related area
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Familiar in using Ms Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc)
• Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus
• Good sense of business wil be beneficial
• Strong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor Degree in Statistic/IT

3. After Sales Area Coordinator (Staff)

Main Duties :

• Maintian good relationship with dealers’ management and team members
• Control & set up dealers’ target and maintain the achievementt
• Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index
• Conduct workshop and spare parts audit in dealers
• Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption
• Support after sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers

Qualifications :

• 25 – 30 years old
• Experience minimum 3 years as Area Coordinator
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Proven experience on implementing PDCA
• Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus
• Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license
• Willing to travel frequently for business trip (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area)
• Bachelor Degree in Automotive Eng/Menchanical Eng/Electrical Eng/Any

4. IT Operation (Staff)

Main Duties :

• Monitoring and review IT Facility request
• Coordinate with related parties for IT Facility prcurement
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor departemental budget & payment process to vendor
• Review access right for users
• Set up user’s mobile device (iOS/Android)
• Maintain IT database
• Generate schedule and or ad hoc reports

Qualifications :

• 22 – 28 years old
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Good communication and analytical thinking skill
• Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
• Familiar in processing or analyzing data query usign Ms Excel (pivot & macro), Ms Access (macro) and dashboard software (such as Power BI) will be a plus
• Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
• Tech savvy and keen on IT latest updates and news
• Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial
• Bachelor Degree in IT/System Information
