Responsibilities :

  • Having meeting with clients to discuss about client needs
  • Present and demonstrate value of OCA’s Products to potential clients
  • Mantaining database of leads contact person
  • Building a long-term relationship with client team and also internal

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree on any major
  • Excellent writing & communication skills
  • Ability to undertand client needs and taking care of the negotiation process
  • Strong management skills
  • An enthusiastic and passionate person
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Tech Savy
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Account Manager or other similar roles

2. Finance Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling vendors
  • Handling financial administrations with partners
  • Assisting Head of Finance & Accounting
  • Coordinate the prepatation of weekly reporting
  • Ensure quality control over financial transaction and financial reporting

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or any related subject
  • In depth knowledge of various financial planning applications
  • Strong working knowledge of Ms Office, especially Ms Excel
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and present perspectives on key financial issues
  • Good understanding of financial concepts

3. Event & Campaign Intern

Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize, implement, and execute end-to-end campaigns to drive growth
  • Optimize, monitor, and manage various platforms and create effective campaigns
  • Planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audiences and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Coordinate all events operations
  • Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problem that might occur

Qualifications :

  • Final year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work hybrid (onsite & offsite)
  • Preferably in the Jakarta area
  • Familiar with any type of marketing campaign
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Able to operate basic google workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Team player with a growth mindset who can work independently

4. Content Writer Intern

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting in-depth research on Industry-related topics to develop original and exclusive content
  • Developing content for blog articles, presentations, and the company website
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
  • Proofreading content for erors and inconsistencies
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content

Qualifications :

  • Final years students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work hybrid (onsite & offsite)
  • Preferably in the Jakarta area
  • Familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both content & copywriting
