1. Sales Business Planning Staff

• Analyze dealer’s market and sales to determine targets for each dealer, analyze and improve problems that occur in each dealer area.

Major :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

2. Building Maintenance Staff

• Monitor new building construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure the quality of the construction process is run according to the target, check and make plans for maintenance, prevention, and routine inspections of buildings.

Major :

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Have work experience in the same field minimum 1 year
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

3. Service Operation Staff

• Control the dealers’ after sales service operations by reviewing the dealer’s performance periodically, conduct training, analyze, and create strategies based on each dealers’ need to improve their performance according to the company’s strategy.

Major :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

4. Quality Control Staff

• Ensure the overall quality of the product on the production line, and conduct product analysis of problems that occur in the market for further corrective action to meet the quality standards.

Major :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Work under shifting hours
• Placement in Karawang, West Java

5. Purchasing Quality Delivery Staff

• Coordinate with suppliers for local parts development to ensure the specifications and quality are in line with Honda standards and ensure parts delivery runs as scheduled.

Major :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
• Placement in Karawang, West Java

6. Factory Strategy Planning Staff

• Prepare production plans based on market demand and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production plans run according to targets as well as create and monitor budgets and investments in the production area for the short and long-term plans.

Major :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Placement in Karawang, West Java
• As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications :

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
• Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• COVID 19 vaccine certificate (complete dose)
• Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
