PT Mata Pelangi Chemindo adalah salah satu perusahaan kimia terkemuka di Indonesia yang unggul dalam pembuatan pigmen dan emulsi silikon. Sebagai perusahaan dagang, Matapel Chemicals unggul dalam industri pelapis, industri fiberglass dan produk silikon untuk banyak industri terutama industri tekstil. Sejarah Matapel Chemicals dimulai pada tahun 1982 ketika para pendiri mencapai persiapan pigmen pabrik manufaktur dan seluruh operasi di Mandom.

Pada tanggal 18 Mei 1985 para pendiri mengorganisir dan tergabung PT. Mata Pelangi Chemindo yang dimulai sebagai produsen pigmen. Untuk memperluas bisnis, Matapel Chemicals membuka divisi perdagangan di bawah nama PT. Mata Pelangi Tradindo pada tahun 2000

Saat ini PT Mata Pelangi Chemindo (Matapel) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Purchasing Administration staff

Requirements :

• Candidate must prossess at least bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is require for this position
• Required skill(s): purchasing, logistic, suply chain
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent
• Understand sap is a big plus

2. Warehouse & Distribution SPV

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree, preferably in logistic management, industrial engineering or other related field
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the field of logistic, distribution, and warehouse (preferably experience in retail or large scale trading)
• Understand the function of company warehouseing
• Mastering the main activies in warehouseing management
• Understanding distribution management
• Have good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, proactive, critical, and resonsible
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang

3. IT – Infrastrucure & Data Maintenance

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma degree in information and technology
• Proven work experience as it infrastructure and data maintenance
• Knowledge of os (windows 7, upgrade windows 7, windows 10, windows 11)
• Knowledge of office (office 2010-office 2021 and office 365)
• Ability to traubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
• Domiciled in the west Jakarta/Tangerang city area is preferred

4. HR People and Oragnization Development

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in psychology (Industrial & organizational psychology is a plus)
• Proven experience as hr with specialization in training People Development/ organizational development is a must
• Proven experience in conduct TNA, create training module and pacilitating traiing
• Have experience in organizational developmen project

5. Laboratory Staff (Pigment)

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma degree in chemistery
• Proven experinece in same role minimum 2 years
• Have experience as a QC in Chemical laboratory
• Have knoeledge and experince in color maching and analysis
• Have strong ability to interpret color
• Understand primary color, secondary color and color level
• Willing to work in 2 shift
• willing to be placed in factory : Daan Mogot

6. Sales Executive Plastic, Rubber, FRP

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering/marketing
• Proven experience as sales executive in chemical industry(handling plastic, rubber, FRP industry) minimum 2 years
• Good communicataion and negotiation skill
• Able to to do market research and analyze market insight
• Willing to be placed in west Jakarta

7. Produk Manager Personal Care & Cosmetic

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering/pharmachy/marketing
• Proven experience as product manager/sales executive in chemical industry (handling personal care & cosmetic) minimum 5 years
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to do market research and analyze market insight
• Willing to be placed in west jakarta

8. Operator Tehnik

Kualifikasi :

• Lulusan SMK otomotif
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Berpengalaman sebagai operator Tehnik/Maintenance
• Lebih disukai bila memiliki kemampuan welding
• Penempatan di Daan Mogot, Tangerang
