PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta. Sejarah Adaro Dimulai dengan guncangan minyak global pada tahun 1970-an. Hal tersebut menyebabkan Pemerintah Indonesia merevisi kebijakan energinya, yang hingga saat itu difokuskan pada minyak dan gas, dengan memasukkan batubara sebagai bahan bakar untuk penggunaan dalam negeri. Perusahaan Pemerintah Spanyol, Enadimsa, memasang tawaran untuk Blok 8 di wilayah Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan, karena batubara diketahui keberadaannya di daerah tersebut dari singkapan yang telah dipetakan oleh ahli-ahli geologi Belanda pada tahun 1930an dan dari perpotongan pada sumur minyak yang telah dibor oleh Pertamina pada tahun 1960an.
Tidak ada perusahaan lain yang memasang tawaran untuk blok tersebut, karena pada waktu itu lokasi tersebut dianggap terlalu jauh di pedalaman dan memiliki kualitas batubara yang rendah.

Dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 9 Februari 2022, para pemegang saham menyetujui perubahan nama perseroan menjadi PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk yang sebelumnya merupakan PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Perubahan ini menandakan status perusahaan sebagai perusahaan nasional dan menunjukkan komitmen PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk untuk berkontribusi lebih jauh ke Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. HRGA Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in recruitment process activities for administration, documentation, and scheduling of the recruitment process
  • Support in making reports on the progress of recruitment activities
  • Create job advertisements
  • Ensure that supporting documentation for recruitment activities is available
  • Recording administration and documentation of general affairs work
  • Maintaining payment invoice for recruitment & general affair

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with min GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HRGA Staff
  • Have basic knowledge of recruitment and general affair
  • Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
  • Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
  • Have good communication skill

2. HR Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

  • As onsite HR Point of Contact and build relationships with management and all employees in business units
  • Identify and support the HR function onsite to produce solutions that are credible, focused on customer needs (customer focused), cost-effective and innovative in order to support the implementation of business strategies in the business units for which they are responsible.
  • Provide quality advice in a responsive and supportive manner to managers in business units who are responsible for all aspects of HR with an emphasis on sharing shared responsibilities and granting decision-making rights involving HR issues to achieve organizational efficiency.
  • Provide advising to managers in implementing HR programs in order to facilitate the distribution of responsibilities to the management team and ensure HR issues can be resolved effectively.
  • Manage and implement certain policies, initiatives, work programs and projects related to HR within the agreed timeframe and budget limit to achieve company targets.
  •  Measuring the level of success of implementing HR solutions and services in contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company and achieving company targets
  • Support the HR aspect in organizational restructuring initiatives by ensuring that the proposed organizational re-design is in accordance with the needs, is able to correctly identify the impact on each individual, and is able to explain the objectives and selection process as appropriate, in order to support the achievement of company goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
  • Having minimum 5 years of exposure in HR field as HR Business Partner, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development
  • Having experience in Agribusiness/Plantation/Forestry/Construction industry with hundreds of employees will be an advantage
  • Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan and travelling to all Adaro Land Job Sites
